Located on 5 acres, it feels in the country but is only 3 mi. from downtown Parker with lots to do. 30 min. southeast of Denver. Close to DIA.
2 bdrms each have Queen beds. An office has dedicated workspace and a pull out couch. 1 newly remodeled bathroom. Free fast Wi-Fi. Full kitchen. Perfect for family or couples. Private entrance.

Great mountain views! Great location between Denver and Colorado Springs. Near many hiking and biking trails.

This was a great place to stay while I worked remotely and spent time with family and friends when I got off! The location could not be better. Close to everything but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Beautiful property

They were very informative of the area and easy to work with. It was a nice little spot of peacefulness amidst a very busy city. We got to enjoy some wildlife in the backyard and had some great conversation with the hosts!
We had to be mindful of the babies and their needed space
Got to see like 3 different sets of young bucks on the property

Wonderful Property

Our family had a wonderful stay. The owners were very easy to work with and super helpful. The views from the property were beautiful with deer that came right up to the windows! Super easy access to everywhere we needed to be during our stay also. We would certainly use this property again.

Absolutely Perfect

I simply wanted a place to chill with my brother for a few days to watch March Madness and play pool. This place was PERFECT. Its a big tv (although I could not figure out how to find any channels on there, which was fine for me because I had my laptop and HDMI cable so I was fine) and the pool table was excellent with plenty of cues. Only thing I'll say is that they have a dog that sheds a fair amount (the dog will not bother you at all during your stay, but when you walk around the place in your socks, you will accumulate dog hairs on your socks). Again the dog will NOT actually be on-site where you're staying, and the hairs are not a huge deal, unless you are allergic or simply don't like dog hair. This is a minor detail. I definitely give this 5 stars. Rooms were great, kitchen was great. Me and my brother were kinda really loud during the game (our team UConn won) and my brother apologized to the owner but he said he didnt mind at all. He was really cool. I would definitely stay here again.

Quaint, Cozy Aparment in the Country

Our hostess was not there during our stay, but she was easily accessible and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is in the country and picturesque. The deer in the website are real. While the apartment does not have an oven, there excellent options. There are also games, puzzles a,d videos for all ages.

Great stay, great place

Lovely location with awesome views and only a few minutes from Costco, trader joes, and the interstate. Great for anyone checking out thr area with quick access to get around.

Super Comfy Spot with Something for Everyone!

We had such a great experience in this space! It was very clean and very comfortable...plenty of space for everyone. Everything was very clearly marked and listed so we had no trouble finding anything we needed. I loved that you can sit on the back patio for some peace and quiet, but still be a short 10 minute drive from the Parker Main Street which has a whole lot going on. Best of both worlds! The pool table was a definite bonus and the beds were SUPER comfy. The hosts were fantastic as well! Highly recommend!

Colorado getaway / family connection

This was our first VRBO rental, and it was delightful from start to finish. The rate was reasonable, our hosts were friendly and personable, taking care of our concerns quickly, and the setting was beautiful with the deer and the views. The apartment was well apportioned, with comfortable beds, lots of space and a kitchen where we were able to prepare meals. We would definitely want to rent at this property again. Thank you so much for our ability to happily explore Colorado and visit with family.
