Villa Belle Isle is located in an area characterized by a mix of charming single-family homes and luxurious residences, making it a highly desirable place to live. The Cape Coral Yacht Club Park and the beaches of Fort Myers Beach are just a short drive away. A true culinary paradise awaits you in the immediate vicinity of the villa: American diner, sports bar, Mexican... the culinary variety will surprise you, and afterwards, you can perfectly end the evening in one of the numerous bars.

The location is particularly attractive for boaters and outdoor enthusiasts. The canals offer ideal conditions for boating, fishing, and kayaking. In just a few minutes, you can reach the river, which invites you to take excursions to Sanibel, Captiva, or Pine Island. For nature lovers, there are numerous parks and nature reserves in the area, including the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve. Take a trip to the nearby Sun Splash Family Waterpark or the Cultural Park Theater, which offers cultural events and performances. This location offers an ideal balance between quiet living and proximity to city amenities and nature.

The open plan living area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen offers enough space for up to six people. The cozy interior will make you feel immediately welcome. Through the large glass doors you can access directly the beautifully landscaped pool area. Here you will find a comfortable lounge area and a BBQ grill for cozy barbecue evenings. The pool is south facing, perfect for enjoying the sun all day, and is electrically heated.

Walk down to your own private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva. Soak up the sun and watch dolphins and fish swim by from the private tiki hut

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, direct access to the pool area and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, share a bathroom. The second bedroom also offers direct pool access. 

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only allowed outside.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
