Newly remodeled townhome with all the space and amenities you need. Directly in front of the community cheekee with an outdoor grill. There is a view of the lagoon and the pool as well. Full sized washer and dryer in the unit and brand-new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Two separate living rooms (on first and second floor)with large flat screen TVs in each. Bathroom on the third floor has a double sink and a large shower. Located in beautiful Key Largo, FL.

Deborah’s condo was a gem and my family and I had THE BEST time. It was perfectly located in the complex near a pool, playground, and the lagoon. Everything was clean, updated, and well-stocked, right down to the pool/beach towels. Deborah was so sweet to work with and extremely understanding and gracious when we had to shift our stay due a blizzard impacting our flights. I would definitely stay with her again and I HIGHLY recommend her to other families looking for a beautiful location and jumping-off point for the Florida Keys!

Everything! Host was quick to respond to any questions I had. We’ve stayed at this location before but not in this townhome. Townhome was perfectly located near pool, lagoon and playground.

Great Spring Break Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay for Spring break. The rooms were the perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 4 teens. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed. Location was in close proximity to restaurants and grocery store. Enjoyed the pool and lagoon as well.

The townhouse is in a quiet but friendly community. The host and staff responded immediately to all of our questions. It is in a great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. It is also within driving distance of a lot of popular Keys attractions.

There was plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It was close to the pool, Lagoon and beach. The host was above and beyond with her communication. We will be back!

Quick Vacation to the Keys

We had two nights at the property and we wished we could’ve had more! It was so windy but the walk to the little sand area was great, such pretty views of the Atlantic. Never used the pool but it was such a short walk from our spot, we want to come back and stay longer to just be in the community! Ages of kids were 19, 18, 15 & 11… two kids loved having the downstairs area all to themselves!

Stylish and practical

This was a perfect property for our group of 8 and in a wonderful location near restaurants and the state park. The complex is well cared for with heated pool and waterfront sitting area perfect for sunsets. We had a great time thanks you.

Wonderful place for a wonderful Thanksgiving family gathering

The unit is newly remodeled and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped, provided with so many nice pots and pants, even an air fryer. It’s truly perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering and our big meal prep. Very happy with our stay!

A great location in the amazing Kawama complex, convenient to the pool, BBQ area, playground, and saltwater lagoon. Very clean and spacious. Owner very responsive. Highly recommend!

Cleanest place we’ve ever stayed!

Beautiful home, great location and seriously the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Whoever cleans this place deserves a raise! The only challenge we had was finding the correct building because we arrived after dark.
