GORGEOUS CATSKILLS LOG CABIN
With early American/Native American influences, the rustic interior reflects the splendor of the great outdoors & has a mixture of charming seating areas surrounding the property, including 2 decks, a hammock, fire pit & wooded area out back.
The gourmet kitchen & restaurant grade stove will delight any chef/foodie. 4 BR’s have brand new mattresses, The other 2 have futons that fit 1 person, & the LR sofa converts to a tempurpedic mattress.
We absolutely love it here, and have many fond memories. As we are unable to visit as often as we’d like, we are happy to open our home to you.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets or smoking. A few things to note before your stay.
The house sleeps 8, but the price listed includes up to 4 guests. The fee for each guest above 4 is $100 per person, per night.
The house was built almost 100 years ago, and renovated in 2021. As is typical of homes built in that time period, particularly log cabins, the bedrooms are smaller than normal. We also use well water and a septic tank, so please be mindful.. Because of this we are mostly comfortable with smaller groups of 4 or less people during a visit. This is glamping at it’s finest, rustic living, but lovely.
Two of the BR’s have full sized mattresses, one BR has a queen sized mattress, and one BR has a twin sized mattress, perfect for a younger person or a child. The last two bedrooms have futon mattresses that sleep one person each. One of those bedrooms can also be used as an office as needed. Extra blankets, pillows and towels are located in the dresser or closet of the bedroom you’ll be sleeping in.
Some of the bedrooms also have portable heaters (not all of the rooms need it).
There are many books and board games to enjoy in the game room and numerous free movie channels in the living room.
We have lightning fast Wi-Fi and TVs located in each BR & the living room, where you can sign into your own Netflix, Hulu or Amazon account. You can connect your device to the Bluetooth speaker in front of the television in the living room. The dining room seats six but there is an extra foldable table that can accommodate 4 more.
*PLEASE NOTE! As we do not live at the property, there are security cameras in the front and back entryways, as well as the kitchen and dining area. No other cameras are on the premises.

My hubby & I have 20 years experience as landlord’s, and 12 years as B&B hosts. We have traveled the world together and individually, so we think we know a thing or two about hospitality, comfortable lodgings and sumptuous stays.

This is an incredibly unique space. A log cabin built in 1937, that has been lovingly cared for an added to over the years to bring it to its current state, including a recent renovation in the past two years.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
A more idyllic setting you can not imagine. A breathtaking lake view in front of the house, and serene woods in the back, with the gorgeous mountains all around you.
Rent a car, drive around and get lost! There’s so much to do here. You can visit wineries, beer gardens, swim, canoe, bowl, go hiking, mountain climbing, nature watching, and antiquing, you name it, we have it it.
Or just stay in and rest, and enjoy the sofa on the front deck or the chairs on the back deck. There are several great restaurants as well.
It’s cozy and lovely, and we’ve worked tirelessly to think of any thing a guest could need or want in a home away from home.
We’d like to welcome you to ours and we hope you enjoy your stay with us.
