Welcome to the Santiago! This spacious unit is the entire first floor of a historic triplex dating back to 1912. It has been completely renovated and designed with your comfort in mind. An easy walk (just 1.5 blocks) from Bishop Arts District!

Updated historic triplex in quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to beautiful parks, shops, restaurants and entertainment in Bishop Arts District! The convenient location is on the Dallas Streetcar line with the station just a 5 minute walk. The line ends at the Dallas Convention Center, which is also close to Deep Ellum DART station. Dallas Methodist Hospital is just half a mile away, or a 15 minute easy walk on a flat sidewalk. This is the best location in Dallas!! Close to everything, but tucked away so you can relax when you're ready to wind down from a busy day.

The entire downstairs unit is yours! You will have exclusive access to the covered front porch.

You’ll stay in a spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated space. All of the charm you would expect from a historic home with all of the modern comforts to make your visit wonderful. Enjoy lots of natural light, hardwood floors, and plenty of extras.

This area is extremely walkable with restaurants and boutiques less than two blocks away. If you bring a car, there's room to park in the gated parking lot behind the house. You're also a five minute walk from the Bishop Arts stop of the Dallas Streetcar.

This is a triplex. There are two additional units upstairs through a separate staircase. You may hear others walking upstairs or see others around the property.

Please note there is only room for you to park up to TWO CARS in the gated parking lot.

Amazing location! Great for walking to go get a bite to eat. The rooms where so comfy and great to come back to after competing in a strongman competition! The owner Marisol was so incredibly nice and great communicator! I appreciated how well fast she got back to me and answered questions. It was a great drive distance to surrounding towns as well! Highly recommend staying here it was a great environment and house!

Perfect Spot for Our Family Trip to Dallas

The home is beautiful and well appointed. The Bishop Arts District is cool and trendy with dozens of high-end restaurants, all within walking distance. We always felt safe - even when walking with kids in the evenings. Our host, Marisol, was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely book here again.

Nice remodel, close to great restaurants

In town for a conference and this was a great place for a few adults. Nicely done remodel. I wasn't familiar with Bishop Arts but it's a cool area with restaurants, coffee shops, etc within a quick walk. Would stay again!

Recent stay for a family gathering

We recently traveled to Dallas for the celebration of life for a special family member. Marisol’s clear and efficient communication made our stay hassle free. Her lovely property was the perfect place for our family to gather during difficult times. The space was immaculate and perfectly located within walking distance of so many other amenities. The beds were comfortable and the environment welcoming. Thankful we found such a great place for our family to stay. Highly recommend this host and her property!

Bishop Arts District/ Awesome house and location

My wife and I get together with some friends at least once a year, and we have met in Dallas, usually stay in hotels, also stayed in Fort Worth. We chose the Santiago VRBO close to the Bishop arts district this year and had the best time ever! We were able to walk to restaurants, live music, shopping, and more! We highly recommend this place, the house was one of the best we’ve ever had!

Wonderful property! Wonderful host!

Five of us came for a conference not far from the house. It was plenty roomy and comfortable. It was close enough to good eats and fun venues to walk. We felt very safe walking and at the house. Marisol was there inspecting when we arrived, and the house was pristine! Next trip to Dallas, we will definitely come back to visit The Santiago!

Bishop Arts Stay

Great stay...convenient location, close to bars and restaurants and clean. Host was responsive and was thoughtful by including many miscellaneous travel incidentals. Would gladly return for another stay!

Great stay

House was nice, good location, smooth check in and check out process. Beds were very comfortable, house came fully equipped with anything you might need. I will say the third bedroom didn’t quite feel like a bedroom, it is very small and the bed isn’t very comfortable. Would be great for young kids but not the most comfortable for an adult.

Charming House, Great Beds!

Rental was awesome. It was quite roomy and super clean. Great area, close to lots of coffee houses and great restaurants. Being an older home, the upstairs neighbors were heard a lot. Host did everything possible to remind them of quiet hours and for that they received my 5 star rating.

Wonderful Stay at The Santiago

My family and I stayed over this past week at The Santiago. Our stay was exceptional and lots of room for the 6 of us. We didn’t get to explore the area around us much but definitely recommending this location if you want to stay in the Dallas area. Lots of cute boutiques and restaurants near by. And for our stay during the 4th of July week, it was very quiet area.

Great Stay

Lovely, comfortable home

My sisters and I traveled to Dallas to visit family. The Santiago is quiet, clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed. Great beds, good lighting and a comfortable living area along w easy parking were plusses. Urban neighborhood, but we felt very safe and secure. We would definitely stay there when we visit again.

Wonderful, elegant apartment in the coolest area in Dallas!

We had a bacillus stay in this meticulous, elegant place with all amenities, and walking distance from cafes, restaurants and bars, in the heart of the Bishop Arts district! Marisol was a great gist and very responsive. Our family of 4 had a great time. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Eclipsed our expectations!

We loved our stay at Santiago during the Solar Eclipse. The outdoor porch was the perfect spot to view it from. The host welcomed us with a nice eclipse themed basket and was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and very stylish (two of our friends were looking online to buy the furniture before we even left!). The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood and walking distance to the Bishop Arts District's shops and restaurants, as well as a drugstore. Worth noting that the unit is located on the bottom floor, and you could hear the folks above walking around (the host did provide ear plugs and white noise machines). Overall, we highly recommend this location and host.
