The sun is shining on beautiful Clearwater Beach.

Our cottages are cleaned to the highest standards for your family's health. We have always provided extremely clean cottages with our trained staff.

We have been providing cottages on Clearwater Beach for 20 years. We know what is important to you and we appreciate the opportunity to enhance your vacation stay. Thank you for supporting this small business on Clearwater Beach.

We have additional fully equipped 2/1 Clearwater Beach cottages at this awesome location, same great amenities.

All cottages are ground floor and have individual entrances (no elevators to share).

All cottages have full kitchens and are self-catering.

Our back garden oasis contains two pools and a 170-foot patio with tables and chairs for each cottage. Plenty of room for sunning and enjoying the outdoors.

The Key Lime Cottage, 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental is part of a 7 cottage resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel By The Sea Church.

These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with palm trees and room for 2 heated pools, all very peaceful and private. We are a 2-minute walk to the beach. Unlike most residential homes we are very close to the shops, and restaurants, such as Frenchy's and the Palm Pavilion, listen to live music while watching the sunset, you will not have to worry about driving or parking your car, just leave it in our parking lot. Pier 60 is also very close and famous for its Key West style sunset festival, which takes place every evening, a great place for the kids.
We also have two-bedroom, two-bathroom, and one-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation homes available.

There are six other units for larger parties available for rent as well.

Our stay at Keylime Cottage was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, bright, and incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. Everything felt fresh and well cared for, and the air conditioning kept the rooms perfectly cool and comfortable. The location could not have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day. The heated pools were a fantastic bonus, and it truly felt like the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing, stress-free vacation!

Family Friendly Location

This was our second stay at the Key Lime. We love the location. Walked the beach every day. Played pickleball just across the street! Could walk to shopping and lots of restaurants!

Hidden Gem

The Key Lime Cottage is newly renovated. Everything is clean, fresh and comfortable. The pools are warm and well maintained. We loved the private oasis just a few blocks from the beach. James was very easy to contact and quick to reply. We will definitely be back!

Perfect little cottage!

This sweet little cottage was everything we were hoping for while in Clearwater Beach! A five minute stroll to awesome restaurants and soft sand, with a pool steps away from the back door. The owners were available, helpful and seemed to have thought of everything for their guests! What a gem!

Perfect Location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Key Lime Cottage. The location is perfect!! We could walk to the beach and restaurants. I could walk across the street and play pickleball. We enjoyed the pool being right outside our back door.

Wonderful spot!

We had a great trip staying in the Key Lime cottage. The location is great for short morning walk to the bay for sunrise then beach for the day and sunsets. Great that you can walk to a variety of shops and restaurants as well. The cottage is very clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped--enjoyed having the nice pool area just steps away from the back door. Very easy communication with Theresa on check-in and check-out made the stay super relaxing and easy. We had everything we needed for a great stay and would definitely book again when in this area!

Great Find!

The location can’t be beat. You can walk to everything. The cottages and grounds were clean and well maintained and the kitchen included everything needed for meal preparation. Owners are quick to respond should anything need attention.

Family get away

Obviously this isn’t a Hilton but for the price you pay it’s wonderful! The location is great, it’s a cute little house and comfy beds. My only complaint was the outdoor area and tracking the dirt/mulch into the house. I tried to rinse it off but water hose wouldn’t work.. it was a great place to stay for a couple of days!

As a child, my family and I vacationed on Clearwater Beach every year. We simply couldn't get enough of this little paradise we decided to make this island our forever home! These quaint and cozy units located in the mid-North Beach area are in the best location possible, located away from South Beach, which tends to be overcrowded and more saturated. Staying in This property will provide you with a better experience being closer to Mandalay Ave where all the bars and restaurants are located while staying away from the heavy crowds. You'll be close to the action while staying in a peaceful area. The two-minute walk to the beach access for these cottages is next to the two most sought-out restaurants on Clearwater Beach; the Palm Pavilion and Frenchy's Rockaway Grill the two beachfront restaurants that have become icons of the area. There is also a gas station within one block of these cottages which makes your stay much more convenient. We also have public basketball and tennis courts across the street. Don't miss out on this excellent accommodation, a family-operated gem!
