Gorgeous house and amazing host!

Definitely the most luxurious house we've stayed in. The house is lovely inside and the view on the balcony is stunning. The host was very helpful even before checking in and very attentive when ever we had questions during the stay.

UHHH-MAZING!

What a beautiful place! We had our “getting ready” pictures and videos taken at this rental property and it was everything we could’ve asked for! Not to mention the host is VERY accommodating and very respectful. We loved everything about the place.

Beautiful home with spectacular view!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Hilltop View home! The check in process was easy, and the communication with the property manager was excellent. They responded right away to our messages, and were very helpful. This home is clean, spacious, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning! The primary bedroom was amazing at night with the fireplace lit up and the views overlooking the city were incredible. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for the whole family, and the drive to Disneyland was super quick from this house. Five stars to this property!!

Amazing views

The house was amazing with balconies that encourage you to just want to hang out and relax. At night the disneyland fireworks can be seen. James was very responsive for the couple of issues we had. (bedroom slides does not lock, front door lock would not open). Kitchen could use new pans. I would stay here again.

Horrible Experience. House many things broken and safety issues (Exterior doors in operable). Dirty, was not clean, holes in walls, power out, cracked windows, limited silverware (3 settings), flooded dishwasher, unstable bed legs. When we notified the host of problems, they responded days later, and did not resolve any issues. Stay Away

This venue was perfect for my family to stay for my wedding! I got married mid-august and my family came from out of town so I wanted to accommodate them. This was a beautiful home and we have such great memories here. It also allowed for me and my sisters to get ready with a hair and make up artists and the views on the balcony were beautiful, especially at sunset. The owners were in constant communication with me, letting me know when the gardeners were stopping by. We had lots of fun enjoying the pool table and hanging out outside by the fire pit. I cant rave about this place enough. We definitely will be back!

Beautiful home on the hill

It’s a beautiful home with an amazing view clearly. The owners were responsive. Check in details were sent when promised. Ample parking. Everyone in my party enjoyed their stay. I would stay here again. Some minor issues. The shower in the master bedroom did not get warm. I was told it needs to be ran a few minutes but after 10 or so it was still cold. The owner was likely willing to fix it or send someone but I didn’t want to disturb my guests. We didn’t notice until after purchasing there are not blinds in the bedroom. For those that prefer to sleep in total darkness or near darkness, this may be a problem for you. It gets very bright when the sun comes up.

Pros and Cons

We were a group of 10 adults staying at the property for night before a wedding. Pros: absolutely stunning view from both floors, tons of natural light, really spacious even for 10 people, extra towels/soap/lotion/cotton swabs and cotton pads available, air conditioning works well, checking in and out was easy Cons: Cleanliness of toilet seats (3 of 4 toilet seats had stains all over the seat), plumbing (water from sinks in primary bedroom was really murky - we instead used the drinking water we brought, for our steamers; shared shower/bath situation on lower floor had issues (water coming from shower head and bottom faucet instead of one of the two); the remotes for the showers/bidets did not work), parking only allows for 6 spaces but we were able to fit 7; host was never responsive when I reached out about the toilet steats right after check in - the only messages they sent were like copy-paste automated-type messages Overall not a bad stay, but I think this property is more aesthetic or functionality

Locked out of home; host nowhere to be found

BEWARE! We were locked out of this home overnight from 10:30pm to 9:30am with NO response from the host nor property manager for 11 hours. Awful, deplorable unresponsiveness. We paid thousands of dollars to have a place to stay and were literally on the street for a night. It also created a life threatening situation with elderly parents having no access to their medications as well as caused 5 family members to miss their flights because our belongings were stuck inside the house. Beautiful, high end home with non - functioning, shoddy entry system and no backup way to get in. Showers and fireplaces that don’t work (contacted them about this the 1st day with no response on this either) making it look nice but clearly not lived in. Negligent hosts and owners that don’t maintain their home, nor care about their tenants. This is a Breach of contract. The hosts and owner aren’t responding to us or VRBO, forcing us to take legal action. Shameful behavior.

Exceptional experience

I rented this property as a place for my wedding party to stay and get ready at. Check-in process was easy and the home exceeded our expectations. We shot our photos and first look here in the morning prior to our wedding and it offered an amazing one-of-a-kind view. Host was accessible and responded to questions we had. After our stay, we realized we had left an item behind. We communicated this to them and our item was returned to us in a timely manner. Would def recommend.

Unbeatable View

Modern house with fancy appliances and an unbeatable view! A little hiccup here and there but resolved fairly quickly. Just a few issues I had with the property: 1. Inside of the refrigerator had stains from previous tenants. 2. Fireplace was not working and fire pit table had no gas tank. Host offered to drop off gas tank but I did not want to inconvenience them. Just wished they had let us know ahead of time. 3. Piping was loud and toilet downstairs seems to have an internal leak? The sound of the running water could be heard through the night. 4. Hot water in the downstairs bathroom ran out fast and upstairs bathroom did not have hot water. 5. The automated door lock did not work and took at least 5 tries before unlocking. All in all, small issues that could be worked around. But overall, the beautiful view trumps everything and it would be a perfect rental during July 4th.
