Relax on the quaint front balcony or stretch out with 4 independent bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is plenty of room for any party with a formal dining room that seats 8. We also offer central HVAC, a fully equipped kitchen, and a 65” HDTV Smart TV.
Wine and dine with the locals and explore all that Uptown New Orleans has to offer. The 6-block heart of Freret Street is lined with many local favorites including Cure, Dat Dog, Origami, Mojo, Mint, High Hat, Ancora, Wayfare, Gasa Gasa, and much more! You’ll also enjoy the convenience of Starbucks located less than a block away. This area is conveniently positioned near Tulane and Loyola Universities, Audubon Park and Zoo, and Ochsner Hospital. The St. Charles Avenue Streetcar Line is just steps away to catch a Mardi Gras parade or explore the rest of the city.

• We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 60-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Pets are limited to cats, caged birds, and non-aggressive breeds of dogs. (Aggressive breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Siberian Husky, Akita, Bulldogs, German Shephard, Bull terrier).
• Maximum 2 (two) pets per property.
• Guests are responsible for all damages to property and people which may be caused by the pet.
• The maximum size of the pet is 50 lbs.
• For one pet guests should pay a $125 + tax pet cleaning fee. For 2 pets total of $175 + tax.
• Pets inside the properties must be kept clean and sanitary all the time.
• The guest should inform about pets right after the reservation.
• Any violation of Pet policy will incur up to a $500 fine, plus the cost to recover or clean the property. Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises and must only be walked in designated pet areas. A “Pet Shovel” or the equivalent must be used at all times to remove pet waste from the property.
