Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home with private outdoor swimming pool located in the Port Orchard, Southworth, Manchester, Wa area. Just several minutes from the Wa State and Kitsap Transit ferries to downtown, and West Seattle. Peek a boo views of the Puget sound and just a few minutes from the beautiful Manchester beach water front and boat launch. Downtown Port Orchard is great for walking through the Antique shops and enjoying good food. From there, you can also hop on a foot ferry for a fun little 10 minute ride to downtown Bremerton. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard just 20 minute drive if you are here on a work trip or just want look at the Big Ships. Restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away. Gig Harbor, Wa only 15 minutes drive.

This place is gorgeous and very comfortable! The property owner was also nearby and very communicative with us which was nice. The location is super scenic and well situated for exploring the area as well

Nice weekend get away!

Just me wife and our two Maltese we enjoyed the pool, house was comfy if you just want a place to relax have a pool allot of room this is it we BBQ with their grill excellent stay for us!!

Lovely House & Great Location

Our family stayed here while visiting family and exploring Olympic National Park. The location is great, close to the sound, and the area is beautiful. Taking the ferry from Seattle was easy and the kids enjoyed it. The house is lovely and the kids really loved the pool! Host is very responsive. Overall we had a great stay!

Great spot with lots of space and a great price

Super open floor plan. Loved it. Nice furniture and electronics. The pool was really nice also. Great communication. We will rent this spot again next year.

Great Stay

The house was in a good location if you want to relax and enjoy. The house was clean, spacious and the neighborhood was very quiet. The pool is great except we weren’t able to enjoy it because the weather was too cold but we enjoyed the grill and the fire pit. My family and I had a good time. If you can, take the ferry!

Perfect home!

We had a wonderful stay and a beautiful view across the street. The home was very clean and equipped with all that we needed. Rodney (the owner) was excellent about communicating. He even made sure everything was ready and came by to vacuum the pool and test the water right before our arrival. I would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Perfect Location For Us

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was perfectly placed for our family and had enough space for us to spread out. We weren't here to visit Seattle, but you are close to both Southworth Ferry (West Seattle) and can get to the Bremerton Ferry (downtown) pretty easily. Everything was clean, in working order, and comfortable. The host even left us a gift candy dish and decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. We will look at this property again the next time we visit family in the area again.

Great House - very well stocked

We had a great stay at this property. The house was well stocked and very clean and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. The owner was also very communicative and helpful! Our only small complaint was the pool was not heated and VERY cold when we arrived, but it did warm up gradually over the stay, and we still used it. Overall very good experience!

Great PNW Getaway

This house with water views, onsite pool and laundry was a great place for our family getaway. It is conveniently located to shopping and a wide range of activities and attractions including hiking in the mountains as well as theme park, water park, zoos, and museums. It’s an easy drive from the house to Seattle and the airport. Our host was in regular communication with us before and during our stay and was easy to reach when we had questions. I’d definitely choose this host and rental again for future visits to the area.

This house was perfect for what we needed (as we searched for a home to purchase). The manager/owner was very receptive to our needs, going so far as to install handrails for one of our party who has a disability. Wish we'd been here in the summer to take advantage of the backyard pool with slide(!). It's very close to the Southworth ferry to Vashon/Seattle and has a nice partial view of the Sound. Thank you, Rodney.

Great Experience

It was very clean and very relaxing. Quiet and spacious. There’s more than enough necessities such as towels, linens and spices to cook with. The bed was also so comfortable. Entertainment was perfect for our stay. There’s a bbq grill, fire pit outside and a reclining chair to chill inside. My son brought his VR and he was so excited about the space he nhad to play his games that require space. Overalln it was great. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic stay

We chose this house because of the pool and it did not disappoint. My kids used it every day and didn’t care that it was chilly. The house was great, lots of kitchen dishes, appliances, ect. Everything you would ever need. We were able to use the outdoor grill and there was an outdoor table for all 6 of us to easily fit around. The rooms were big enough that there was space to put up blow up mattresses. Rodney was great, quick to respond and the check in was very easy. I would absolutely recommend this place and we’ll try and come back next year.

Wedding stay

House was amazing, fully stocked with any cooking dish/ utensil you would need. Beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was top notch. It was cooler and rainy most the time we were there but my kids still jumped in the pool and used the slide. We bbq on the last night we were there with the grill. Owner asked to work on a project when he was there in the garage we weren’t using and hardly noticed he was there. If you’re visiting the area I would highly recommend staying in this house. You will not be disappointed. Even though we didn’t take our dog the fenced in yard is top notch. Close to town without the high traffic volume of town. This property was absolutely amazing , will definitely be staying here again next time I visit my brother.
