Great Stay

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Aura’s property. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and great linens. Lots of small details that make a stay feel a little more special! The only issue we had was the noise from the resturaunt/bar across the street.

Comfy and welcoming!!

We absolutely loved this property. Everything was comfy and clean and the host added so many personal touches. My husband and I enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the mornings and evenings. Old Town wan Landing is a really fun and quaint town with so many things to do. I highly recommend this property. We’re planning to return with our daughter sometime!

Port in the storm

We stayed at Auras amazing place while in town because a very dear friend of hours passed away unexpectedly. Aura was so kind and thoughtful and her home was the perfect “port in the storm” during a very trying time. I cannot be more grateful for her assistance and her home is truly beautiful. Everything about it spoke of her kindness and compassion that she showed us. If you ever have a chance to stay there, I cannot recommend it enough. Truly amazing. John & Roxanne

Conference in lansing and enjoying old town

Aura was a wonderful host! She was always available to help us in regards to things to do, questions about the loft or just ensuring we were comfortable. Her beautiful loft is super comfortable and I really enjoyed the lavender bubble bath and the relaxing botanical patio. Such a relaxing stay and the extra touches of books, games, wine, cookies and little treats made my husband and I feel right at home. The downtown is adorable with a walk on the riverfront tight outside our door ! Thank you Aura…. You n my side our time away a real relaxing vacation. I will stay at the loft again when I am in old town lansing ! For sure ❤️

The Loft, river, fish ladder, board walk along river and Old Town was all so very nice.

We had a wonderful time at the Loft. I loved the patio but the temperature was near 90° all 5 days we were there, the patio faces the east so you get no shade until later in the afternoon. There is a table umbrella that did help a little for some shade. But we did enjoy setting out there in the evening with a glass of tea. All the plants inside and out are beautiful, we kept them watered while we was there. The parking, you have to pay approximately $6 a day. Be sure to have it paid by 8am or you will get a ticket, we found that out one day, lol, we forgot about it until like 8:45am so we quickly got on the parking app. amf paid for that day, but we was too late they already had a parking ticket on our windshield. It cost us an extra $15 that day. :) When I think of lansing I think big city, with lots of traffic, but Old Town is not like that, it's small and charming, with lots of shops, and a few restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend renting the Loft.
