Elegante, histórico Casa del lago con impresionantes Vista

La vista del lago Cayuga, desde Lower Lake Lodge es increíble! La sola vista de su tipo no es el único atractivo sin embargo. El acogedor, agradable y confortable casa del lago construido en 1848, ofrece muchas áreas para la relajación, grandes y espaciosos cuartos de estar y un frente de playa que es difícil de igualar.

A la izquierda del vestíbulo es un gran salón con pisos de madera, chimenea, equipo de música de sonido envolvente y TV de pantalla grande. Un hermoso porche-in con pisos de caoba se puede introducir a través de puertas francesas de la sala de estar y cocina. Pasar el tiempo leyendo, entretenimiento, o simplemente disfrutar de la magnífica vista al lago. En el otro lado del vestíbulo es una sala medio baño y lavadero con lavadora, secadora y fregadero. A la vuelta de la esquina está la gran cocina espaciosa que incluye Jen-Air Grill, lavavajillas, microondas lado a lado refrigerador / congelador, horno de pared, contador de gas estufa superior, y una gran ventana para la vista espléndida del lago Cayuga.

Una vez en el segundo piso de la izquierda es un baño de tamaño completo con unidad de bañera / ducha. Un dormitorio tiene dos camas de matrimonio y una cama individual, además de un sofá de tamaño completo y TV. También un gran paseo en el armario está disponible. Un baño de tamaño completo con pie de ducha y bañera de hidromasaje separada completa esta habitación principal.

El segundo dormitorio, tiene una cama de matrimonio, dos vestidores, un walk-in-closet con cajones empotrados y balcón privado con juego de patio. Esta sala también tiene un televisor. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble, una cama, un televisor y un armario. El cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama doble con paredes de estanterías y un pequeño armario.

Disfrutar de un partido de voleibol en el patio lateral grande o bajar a la playa y disfrutar del patio de nivel a lo largo de la orilla del lago. Lower Lake Lodge se encuentra en el lago Cayuga Ruta del Vino y está cerca de la autopista NYS, Seneca Falls, Ithaca, Aurora, y los Waterloo Premium Outlets.

This home was a great location and layout for our family of 11, including 3 children. The fact that it was pet friendly was a definite plus. Having direct access to the water was fantastic for kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming, and the lovely, screened porch allowed for amazing views. Our host was great at communicating and responsive to any questions. All in all, we had a fantastic week!

The location on Cayuga Lake was beautiful and perfect! The house was spacious and very well equipped with everything one would need. We had our children and grandchildren with us and were pleased with the dining table that was long enough to fit us all, and with an excellent view. The upper yard was great for lawn games and the lower area on the water was perfect for relaxing, kayaking and simply floating on the water. Lovely sunrises and quiet spot. We were all happy with nearby wineries, stores and a trip to the Glen.

Our family reunion of about 14, from kids to seniors, loved this beautiful lakefront property. It had everything we needed! We swam, used the kayaks, made a waterfront campfire, and played various games down by the lake. The home was perfectly clean and spacious. There are areas to enjoy outside, including the large screen porch that faces the lake and a side yard for grilling and cornhole. The kitchen was very spacious for cooking together, and we had many meals and game playing around the large table (that seats 14-16. The bedrooms (with lots of storage and closet space) and bathrooms worked out well for our group. The owner responded very quickly to our questions and sent someone by when we had one minor issue that we couldn't handle. Everyone in our group loved this property, and we will most definitely return!

This home is a classic lake house. It’s unique given its sizeable lakefront and beautiful porch overlooking Cayuga Lake. My family grew up on Skaneateles Lake, but we really fell in love with Cayuga, and this house was a major part of that. My only issues are the house is best suited for 12 guests not 14 or 16 as advertised, and the mattresses need to be replaced. We had more than a couple people complaining about no sleep and back pain. We actually bought an air mattress for one couple in our group, and I went home and got another. We all agreed we would love to stay here again but only if there were new mattresses on the beds. So other than that, we had a fantastic stay, and David and Amy were very communicative and accommodating.

Wonderful view and location

Great stay with easy access to the water. The house was gorgeous with beautiful views. Lots of space to relax. Big lawn space both up top and by the lake, and kayaks and boats to use on the water. Thanks for a great stay!

My family of 12 had a wonderful week spent at this beautiful home. The house was clean and stocked with everything you could need. The enclosed porch was relaxing and the view was spectacular. My husband and boys enjoyed fishing all week. Would definitely recommend and would go back. Thank you Amy and David.

we had a great time. The house is beautiful- stocked with essentials, clean, spacious. Beautiful view from kitchen, loved the front porch. The stairs to the water are a workout, yet we got used to them. stay exceeded our expectations and we will come again.

Beautiful view. House needs some work, couple beds were broken, not very clean, bedding pretty dirty like it had been sitting for a couple weeks and there was mold in the bathrooms. Boat lift did not work. Garbage was from past couple occupants and smelled pretty bad, the fact that we had to take out other people’s garbage was a little odd. Owners were quick to respond to any texts. Property just needs some love. Overall we had a great stay.

Great time with family.

We pulled up during a day-long windstorm, and at first glance, my wife wondered if it would be OK. After walking through and unloading the cars, we all loved it! Great porch!! Big kitchen, big rooms. Lots of towels lol. The next day was beautiful and we had lots of fun visiting wine country. Had a campfire under a full moon. Wonderful stay and everything we needed to enjoy the weekend was there for us. The hosts were very accommodating.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The location was great, easy to get to and close to so many things - conveniences as well as interesting places. The property was very nice and comfortable, the screen porch was our favorite spot! We would have liked some cleats on at least one of the two docks to secure our boat and a dock that would accommodate a jet ski, but we made it work. The size of the property nicely accommodated our family. But, it should be noted that there are lots of steps to get to the water - but, it helped to work off some of the extra calories we were consuming! I would definitely recommend this lovely cottage.

Family yearly vacation

We have a good size family and need a place that will sleep up to 16 and this home was perfect! We loved the location and the view was amazing! The lake was warmer than we anticipated and we were thrilled that we could just float around and not be chilled. We loved everything about this house with the exception of the stairs down to the beach, we knew there were stairs but my old legs were yelling at me by the end of the week, haha. We will most definitely be considering a return next year! Plus being pet friendly was absolutely a super advantage for us and the dogs learned to swim while we were there! Thank You

Beautiful Location, but can't recommend for dog owners

Our group consisted of myself, friends, and my mother (93 years old), and my 2 Golden Retrievers. Most of our experience was super positive at this location. I'll also share some observations, and one GIANT NEGATIVE if you are a dog owner. Let's start with the view. OMG the view is stunning. We saw perfect sun and moon rises. On our last morning we were truly blessed to witness 2 Bald Eagles flying right before our eyes. Sitting on the porch at night musing over our days adventures was also a positive. This location is perfect for easy access to so many wineries, Observations, the knives in the butcher block are due to either be replaced or at least sharpened. I'd suggest putting the coffee filters in a more obvious space near the coffee pot. We used napkins the first morning before I finally found the filters on the very top pantry shelf in a solid basket. Windows in some bedrooms either don't open, or are a struggle. Keep in mind if you have children, to me it's a fire hazard. Lastly and most important to dogs. There are black walnut trees on this property which are TOXIC to dogs. My dogs had a great time swimming, but I immediately had to bring them in when they were done to avoid any risk. Overall, I would recommend staying here and we had a great time, but I couldn't do a repeat visit if I had my dogs with me. The risk is too great.

Wonderful Weekend

We had a lovely stay at this place. There was plenty of room for us to have our own rooms, and we couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and homey spot. The view over the lake is spectacular. The host responded quickly when I contacted her. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great accomodations

My friends and I having been taking a yearly trip together and this year was the tenth anniversary so we wanted everything to be special. The house was amazing! The rooms were perfect for the six of us and the kitchen and screened porch were great. We loved sitting outside by the lake and it was close to all the places we wanted to visit

Perfect place for a family getaway!

We loved the house! It was perfect for our big family of 12. Everything we needed was there and the house was big enough for us all. We absolutely loved the screened in porch and spent every night out there! The property was perfect and we loved every single minute.

The location and amount of lake frontage is why we chose this property & we were not disappointed! PROS: house is huge, plenty of towels & supplies, very long lake frontage, 2 docks, incredible huge screened in porch overlooking lake, fenced in yard - perfect for our dog! CONS: not quite as clean as I would have liked & the air conditioning was fine on the 1st floor, but the upstairs was warm.
