The Space:

This home is nestled on a quiet dead-end street 10 mins from all beaches. From this home you can enjoy both Newport and Middletown beaches. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on first floor, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the lower level. The lower level has a second living area which is great for two families sharing the space or a good spot for the kids to play/hangout. Ideal for a family or two coming to town. The main living area is one story, perfect for little ones or elderly. GREAT family home. Comes with kid toys, baby monitor, noise machine and bikes.



Guest Access:

Access to entire home, backyard and driveway. We ask that you do not access the garage.



The Neighborhood:

We LOVE our neighborhood. This home sits on the end of a dead-end street. Great for kids riding bikes, scooters and having fun while parents sit on the front porch. You can be to the beach within a 5 min drive, 2 streets over from Newport, walk to Broadway, and not worry about Newport parking. The grocery and DRIVE THRU liquor store is 3 min around the corner. Beaches are all within a 5-10 min drive. Drive, bike or walk to bars and restaurants. 5 mins off the Newport Bridge.

Other Things to Note:

This home is dog-friendly, however, there's going to be a pet fee, which is $250/pet. Also, please know that the maximum dogs allowed per stay is 2 and is subject for approval. If you are bringing a dog you must let us know prior to your stay and shall never be left unattended in the property.



If you plan to on being loud, hosting a large gathering or coming in late at night/early morning this is NOT the home for you. The homeowner lives next door. We value our year-round neighbors and do not want to disturb them with loud guests or parties.
