Relax and enjoy the views of the River Golf Course in Kingsmill Resort after exploring the rich history in Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown or Jamestown. Centrally located to all attractions. Busch Gardens is located next door to the resort, Water Country USA is a couple of miles away from the resort and William & Mary College is just a few minutes away. The condo comes with access to the pool next door, tennis courts, playgrounds, basketball, 7 miles of walking, jogging and biking trails and the marina. The extra resort amenities do not come with the stay but you can ask the hostess for details.

Perfect location!

You can't beat the location if you are visiting Busch Gardens! Literally minutes away! It was so nice to be able to easily go back and rest during the day. The condo is just as described and in great condition. Owner very responsive to messages. Well kept, clean, and quiet! Perfect for families!

Williamsburg stay

We came to soak in the Colonial Williamsburg experience. The Kingsmill condo was very convenient and located in a beautiful resort type location. Great value.

Celebration of my wife's birthday!

The condo was pretty well much as described on the site. It was clean and the owner responded to all of our needs right away and they were easy to contact. The rooms were very spacious. Overall we had a good stay.

Great stay, very well-kept property

This is a really nice property - great location, very well-kept and clean. Property owner was super-responsive to questions/issues. Basic supplies included laundry pods, hotel shampoos/soaps, k-cup pods, etc. We will definitely be booking here again, thank you!

Great condo

This unit has it all. It is in great condition. It is in wonderful Kingsmill neighborhood. Very quiet area yet nearby everything. Busch Gardens is less than 10 minutes away but you would never know it when you are on the property.

Comfortable for our family of five

The unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It's hard traveling with 3 big kids. One hotel room just doesn't cut it. For about the same price as two hotel rooms, we got to stay together and had the benefit of extra spaces like the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Unfortunately, we didn't get to take advantage of the Kingsmill amenities because we were only there one night, and the weather didn't cooperate. Maybe next time! We would definitely stay here again.

The two bedroom condo is a clean basic condo that is appointed nicely. My biggest issue is with the value proposition. First, when you rent, you will not be receiving any housekeeping during your stay. If you rent directly from the resort, you will get that for free. The condo does not have cable television. It has Roku and you cannot even watch network TV on it finally, if you run through the resort, you have access to the sports club added an additional fee. That does not exist and that is not an option at this condo.

The location of this condo was excellent. There is lots to do nearby. It is well equipped with everyday essentials. If you like your morning coffee as I do, bring your own mug. The Keurig is a small 6oz maker. Though this did not hinder my stay at all. The pool was just outside and very convenient. There is an ice machine for all to use, by the pool. There was never anyone there when we would go down. Most people go to the lazy river pool. There is a nice beach arear by the dock where you can enjoy games, sunning, kayak and seado rentals. The condo is perfect for two couples. You can retreat to your private room & bath. The common places living room & kitchen were perfect for us. The living room could house children sleeping on air matress or use the pull out sleeper couch. The owner did provide paper towels, toilet paper, small ( travel)shampoo soap, lotion, dish detergent and trash bags. You can also do laundry. My communication with the owner was easy thru Vrbo app. This was a great place to stay. I recommend it to all.

No access to Kingsmill resort

The condo is clean and renovated with nice furniture. There is a balcony and a very small swimming pool downstairs. Thats it!! If you want to use any of kingsmill resort amenities like the other pools, game room, waterpark, golf, etc you need to pay extra to just get in...I feel we were scammed. Now they renamed the posting I see but when I booked it, it said kingsmill resort. BTW, Everytime I submit this review and it’s rejected I reduced a star… so if you don’t want to accept it, its getting lower every time!

Hi Zivar, it looks like you reduced the stars to your review because you were having technical difficulties posting which has nothing to do with your stay at our property. This is a VRBO issue which you should have addressed directly with them. Also, the resort restrictions has nothing to do with us since you reserved the condo through us directly and not through the resort. We clearly state on our listing that the condo comes with access to the pool next to the building. Next time, please read all details and ask questions if you have any doubts.

Great Christmas Town Stay at the Kingsmill

I chose this property last minute since the pricing at the Kingsmill resort was way overpriced and I have found that the level of service and amenities at the Kingsmill resort have declined since the COVID pandemic. This property was much better than the photos show and is on the 2nd floor with a nice view of one of the golf courses in building 20. Check in was easy, the property is secured with a cool digital keypad making it painless to get checked in without having to pick up a key ahead of time from the owner. Amenities were nice. Linens were well stocked and there were nice shampoo/soaps in both bathrooms. I worked remotely some during this trip and found the Cox wifi to be great with a speedtest.net speed of 560Mbps down/15Mbps up. Contacted the owner twice for routine communication and found her to be prompt and professional. The unit was clean, as advertised and in my opinion, better than the units I have stayed in previously directly through Kingsmill. When we come back here again for Christmastown next year, will definitely consider this property again if available as it was convenient and easy to get to and from Busch Gardens. Thank you for opening your rental property to our family and Merry Christmas :)

We typically rent our condos straight from the Kingsmill resort but our dates weren't available. We were pleasantly surprised that not only was the condo just like the resort's, it was even better! The cleanliness was top notch, there were hotel-like toiletries, everything was just perfect. 10/10 recommend. We will definitely stay again in the future.
