Ray was a wonderful host.

Great location right on the beach. The gym is fine and access to the pool is very nice. The bar downstairs (S3 ) is great and all the staff are friendly. It was nice to have a full kitchen and full size fridge. No laundry on site , but the service ray recommended was fantastic. Ray was alway ready to help. I will be back

Room with a view

Beautiful location and view on Ft Lauderdale Beach. The condo had everything we needed and the owner Ray went above and beyond checking on us and special ordering a tea kettle for us. The pool, workout room, and beach were convenient and well stocked. We will be back.

Dream experience

The view was incredible. Ray was so quick with any communication from start to finish. I chose this location because of the positive reviews and it did not disappoint. Owner was a pleasure and the location was ideal for what we were looking for. Quieter beach, easy to get to eat and easy to also cook at home. I’m already wishing we were back!

Relaxing Trip

What a perfect week we had. Ray’s condo was exactly as pictured and was clean. During these times, that’s especially important. We had 2 adults and 3 kids (9-13 range) and we all slept comfortably. Was really nice having the full-size kitchen and large balcony to eat outside. We enjoyed the k-cups for coffee rather then going downstairs to Starbucks each morning. Was also nice having a Brita in the refrigerator for filtered water. We also ordered groceries/wine from Publix through Instacart and that worked out well. The location of the hotel was great also. I was a little skeptical thinking we’d be in the midst of spring breakers, but that “scene” was at least 7 blocks south of us. We saved quite a bit of money using the beach chairs/umbrella that were provided b/c the hotel charges extra for those rentals. You have to go to El Vez, Lona Cocina and Sun Surf Sand for dinner. We weren’t crazy about the pool drinks (too sweet for our taste) but the food menu was fine and was convenient. Also recommend renting your car through the hotel/Budget in the lobby as you don’t have to pay the valet parking fee as you would if you rented from the airport. Just make sure to confirm that as we had a few different stories from Budget but worked out in the end. We would definitely stay here again.

Best VRBO we've experienced!

Ray knows what it takes to be successful! His attention to detail and customer service went beyond our expectations. He made sure the sofa bed was ready for our kids, check in was easy, the location is wonderful. The condo itself is very well stock. He has everything you need- awesome beach chairs, an umbrella, plenty of toiletries, towels. It's such a comfortable place to stay. The balcony is wonderful. The view is awesome. We could not have made a better choice for our family of 4. Thank you Ray!

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I had a great stay at the property. Even during a busy spring break week the property was situated in a perfect location away from the mass of kids. Can't beat the location and view. Ray was great to deal with. We didn't have a single problem. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Great property for families

Our family of 5 spent over a week in this property. The space was the perfect size, great location for beach access and very clean. The property was well equipped with the necessities and Ray was a great host who always checked in on us. We would definitely come back again!

Great Getaway

This 14th floor unit has wonderful views of the ocean and inter coastal waterway. The owner provides items not usually found in some rentals, e.g., suntan lotion, extra shampoo, conditioner, enough of all supplies like napkins, toilet paper, and coffee, tea, sugar, and other kitchen condiments. Beach chairs and umbrella are handy save on rentals from the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice with an elegant pool area on the sixth floor overlooking the ocean. We only tried one of the restaurants on the ground level facing the ocean and it was excellent. In short, we really liked the apartment and would stay again.

Nice stay

Great location, nice pool area, can walk to nice restaurants, water taxi nearby. Only disadvantage is parking. Really no street parking. Only valet or pay at a lot a few blocks away. Other than that a very nice place to stay.

Great views

Perfect location with great sunrise and sunset views. The place is set up like home. I will be back!! Take advantage of the owners parking suggestions. Eat at S3 downstairs.

Absolutely perfect!

This is truly one of the best vacations I have ever had and I have Ray to thank! This property doesn’t get enough justice online. He provides so many items in the room from toiletries, to sun tan lotion to coffee that it makes your stay that much easier. The view from the balcony is exquisite and the staff at the hotel couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend this property and will most certainly be returning! Ray checked on us several times to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything and was just a fantastic owner! Thank you Ray, my children actually cried when we left because this vacation was THAT fantastic!!!

Everything you need for your vacation!

Ray made sure we had everything we would need for our vacation. He provided us with beach chairs, an umbrella and even toys for kids to play in the sand. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. There is nothing to say other than...enjoy your vacation!

5 star all the way!

We were looking for a place to stay right on the beach and close to our family. This place was perfect for us. It is literally right on the beautiful beach. The staff at the pool were really attentive. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and Ray was very responsive whenever I had a question. Ray even left a cooler, umbrella and two chairs so we can avoid rental fees at the beach. We will come back if we need a place to stay in Ft Lauderdale again!

Perfect Experience

This property was absolutely lovely! It was extremely spacious, clean, comfortable and very well supplied/equipped. The full kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and more! There were extra toiletries and supplies in case we ran out. Ray, the owner, had attended to every detail. And the views were just spectacular! This property exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Most importantly, Ray happened to be in town when we arrived, and we were able to meet him personally. He is just the nicest man. He gave us a tour of the unit, as well as many suggestions and tips for experiencing the Fort Lauderdale area. He was genuinely interested in making sure our needs were met and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would highly recommend this property.
