THE SPACE:
We have designed the charming home to have all of your essential needs!

PETS
The property is dog friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum & additional pet fee. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet.

HOME LAYOUT
Follow along- when entering the front door, you will walk into the open concept living room and dining area and unfolds to the kitchen.

LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART TV. Feel free to log into/download any streaming services you’d like!

KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group.

The “main bedroom” is outfitted with a king bed, two bedside tables, a bedside lamps, and a Smart TV.

Very clean and spacious

The property was very clean, a little trash on the side of the house but for the most part the house was great and spacious for a family of 6.

Nice place to stay

Host was very responsive to all my messages. The house was nice but could do with a feminine touch abit as far as uniform beddings and pillows, towels. The front yard could do with flowers or plants (just some colors) but overall we had a pleasant stay.

Backyard

The backyard had yard debris that needed to be cleaned up. It was not appealing. The jacuzzi did not seem to be clean for use or ready for use. The inside of the home was in good condition and very comfortable.

Clean and spacious! Host was very responsive to our issues.

Clean and spacious! Host was very responsive to our issues. Had some plumbing issues mostly due to the freezing weather, but also due to poor plumbing work such as poorly installed faucets, dishwasher and toilet. The home hosted 10 people comfortably and we did not feel on top of each other. The kitchen was beautiful and had minimal needed items to cook. There was plenty of shower and hand soap available, but only one starter roll of tissue. The furniture was comfortable and the entire house was beautifully decorated. The location was close to stores and safe.

TERRIBLE Where do I begin 1st things 1st 2-3 weeks prior to our stay I asked the property if they had obtained any sort of storm damage and the assured me that it had not. We my family and I arrived we were in dis belief…red flag the mail box was full to capacity where the mail had gotten wet, the big trash totter that’s outside had trash filled to capacity and was spilling out, the white door you see in the picture is brown smeared , and omg the inside sofas and pillows were stained, the linens on the bed were extremely worn with 1 flat pillow on each bed and didn’t seem to had been cleaned in months, there was mildew in the shower on the main floor, all the pictures we’re tilted, there were dead water bugs inside the living room area, the back patio was terrible, no lawn work had been done to the house, the hot tub was filthy and unacceptable, grass was growing up the side of the house, we had to book hotels just to sleep comfortably, we submitted over 20 pictures and videos and the host of the home will not reach out nor respond but have over 1,300 that we paid for and didn’t stay not an hour in .ive never endured so much anger in my life im prettt sure its much more im leaving out …DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME

Lots of space! Clean! Needs minor maintenance.

Overall, we had a good experience here. However, there were a few things that caused us to give 4 stars instead of 5. When we arrived the fridge was in the living room, rather than the kitchen. I emailed the host and she/he said they would try to have a staff member come out the following day to take care of it. When we had not heard back from them the next morning, my husband determined the fridge outlet in the kitchen was not working due to a flipped breaker on the electrical panel (which is probably why it was moved). After he got the outlet working, we moved the fridge ourselves. A few other minor issues include: a couple very loose faucets, a couple loose doorknobs, only TWO forks among the kitchen utensils, dishwasher not bolted to cabinet so it tips when opened, nearly empty hand soap dispensers upon arrival, two outlets in master bedroom do not work so unable to use bedside lamps, missing lightbulb in pantry. I'm not sure who their maintenance person is, but they may want to consider using someone else. If it weren't for these things, we would have given them 5 stars.
