A graceful and flexible open floor plan that features a professional kitchen makes this a perfect retreat for a family vacation! Tucked into the serene hills of Noyack and steps from Long Beach Bay, you will be well situated to both explore the beauty of the area or hide away. Unwind and relax in this newly renovated home that is close to Sag Harbor, Elizabeth Morton Animal Refuge and all the fun that the Hamptons has to offer!
This home offers the opportunity to gather in central areas for group activities and also find privacy in separate areas of the property. As you enter the front door you can explore the open living area to your right, featuring a lovely living room seating area with fireplace. This opens up into an enormous kitchen with 12 foot island, and then evolves into a vaulted sunroom with large dining room table from which you can sit and view the natural tableau through the many windows that face the landscape of the backyard. An 8 burner stove with two ovens, in addition to the well-appointed culinary supplies sitting within the custom kitchen cabinetry, leaves you well prepared to cook as much or as little as you please.
To the left of the front door is an immensely comfortable lounge with TV, connected via sliding door to an expansive side deck with ample seating for sun-bathing or quiet reading. Just beyond the lounge is a bedroom with office study, located around the corner from a full bathroom.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms in total, including a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom. A large bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom featuring two twin beds share another full bath.
Outside in the back you will enjoy a lounge area with expandable table and plenty of seating for all of your outdoor dining needs! There is also an outdoor shower and a Weber gas grill, in addition to a fire pit for those cooler evenings. If you want some outdoor relaxation, lay out in the hammock and read a book. Perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach!

This property is on a quiet street with lovely neighbors. We love this area because of the the beautiful bay and it’s easy to drop down into all of the Hampton towns! So convenient!
