Amazing place in the perfect location. Everything was clean and tidy and we had no issues. The rooftop pool and bar were nice and the bartenders were awesome. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved the building

My husband and I would stay at this Boutique Hotel however we would not stay in this particular unit. Upon arrival, we were told that AC was finicky. That was putting it mildly, it was so noisy at night we had to put earplugs. We couldn’t turn it off because it would get unbearably hot. We also noticed the previous tenants hadn’t gotten rid of their coffee grinds in the coffee maker, it was now moldy and the coffee maker was unusable. We did send a message to the owner with no response. We inquired about our safe combination to the building manager at which point he said to contact the owner. As we had no reply regarding the coffee maker we opted against and did not use the safe. I feel the building manager rushed through the walk through and was one feet out the door. There were no manuals with descriptions of the condo like many places we stayed in the past. The condo was beautifully appointed, however we will not stay there again.

Very satisfied with the unit we rented. Super friendly staff. Very nice pool area on the roof, great views, fitness center very reasonable for the size of property. Had seen some reviews that described the unit as overly noisy. I would disagree. There is always some ambient noise being in the middle of a city so to speak. The bedroom was very quiet though for sleeping. If someone were to be sleeping in the main area, perhaps noise would have been an issue. Would certainly consider this again.

This is a great condo in a super location. The condo came fully equipped and had everything we needed. There are a few things that might improve - black out curtains in bedroom, no leftover bottles of shampoo etc in showers, some info regarding the condo and building - ie where does garbage go, how to manage air and fans, a cleaner bed cover and bath mats. Very helpful to have the washer/dryer and the pool is fantastic. The new bartender was exceptional.

Wonderful stay.

Beautiful building and unit in the heart of Old PV. Gorgeous rooftop pool and lounge area. The bedroom is at the back of the unit so very quiet and comfortable for sleeping. We will be back.

Location is amazing

We loved the condo and especially Luis, Albert and Max who greet you every day with a smile!! The opening of the patio doors gave this place the feel of space. The apartment was clean and totally functional. The rooftop pool and hot tub is amazing. Loved how dog friendly the place is. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Accommodations in the Middle of It All

I've been coming to P.V. consistently for the last 25years and have seen a lot of changes. We arrived at the property at 3pm for check-in but unfortunately were told we had to wait for the cleaning to finish up so we went up to the pool for about 45 minutes until the unit was ready. The unit and the building are new, beautifully finished and in a terrific location. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out at the pool and using the gym. The unit worked great for us. The location is in the middle of 'it all' and that has it's pluses and minuses. We enjoyed the access to some of our favorite spots in downtown; however, bring your ear plugs. The building is surrounded by all the bars so if you want to go to bed before the bars shut down, you'll still hear the music. The building did it's best to isolate the bedroom but the building's overall architecture with an open stairwell still allows sound to travel and bounce on the hard surfaces. During the day, there was construction going on for the retail space below which we could hear. Overall, we enjoyed staying there and would recommend it. Thank you!

Welcome to paradise

The unit had a nice view, the rooftop pool view even better. We had all we needed in the unit for the two of us. Louis and Alberto at the front were alway cheerful and welcoming.

Best pool + hot tub around

We could not stop pinching ourselves at the view on the roof. Unit was top notch and we loved walking everywhere in the neighborhood. Our stay was perfect!
