Details: A perfect beach getaway can be found at Cape Sundance—a stylish, pet-friendly home with a 4-bedrooms and 4.5-baths that can accommodate 12 guests—making it ideal for families or groups.

Enjoy lovely gulf views, screened-in porches, and an outdoor shower for getting the sand off your feet at the end of a day at the beach! Cape Sundance is located in the Jubilation neighborhood, granting access to the community pool for this area.

The chic, open concept living area is on the home’s first floor. Here, you’ll find a very well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that can seat 5.

The large dining table is located adjacent to the kitchen and can easily accommodate 8. Should you choose to cook your meals al fresco, there’s a porch just off the kitchen that features rocking chairs and a grill.

The kitchen and dining areas flow seamlessly into the light-filled living room. This room comes replete with a sizable, plush sectional sofa and a leather chair. And the large wall-mounted flatscreen TV is ideal for getting your group together for a movie night!

There is a screened-in porch with outdoor seating just off the living room and another one at the front of the home.
At the end of a busy day at the pool or the beach, guests can get some rest in one of four well-appointed bedrooms located on the second floor:

The primary bedroom boasts a cozy king-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, plenty of windows that allow light to flow into the space, and access to a deck with outdoor furniture—perfect for taking in the gulf views! There is an en-suite bath with dual vanity and a shower-over-tub.

The second king-sized bedroom features a flatscreen TV and an en-suite bath with a shower.

A third bedroom features a queen-sized bed and has a flatscreen TV and access to a bathroom in the hall with a shower-over-tub. This room also has access to the screened-in porch.

The bunk room is ideal for the kids in your group. Here you’ll find three twin-over-twin beds. There is a separate bath in the hall for this room as well, which also has a shower-over-bath.
For your convenience, Cape Sundance is equipped with a washer and dryer.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
