Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Master bedroom's mattress was very uncomfortable,and TV had to be replaced in the second bedroom. Was disappointed. We try to go to the beach each summer and the condo waE usually book was not available.

A good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice condo in a great location. Parking here can be an issue with finding a spot to park(it seems like theres no enough spaces for how many renters staying at times) and also woth how they have it roped off it makes it difficult to park a truck with such little space. The only feedback i have on the condo itself is that the tile flooring is not attached to the subfloor, there are many broken tiles that pinched my foot while walking and definitely made me concerned about cutting my feet. Had several minor issues at check in and check out with the rental management company but they were nice to work with and we were able to sort those issue quickly.

Surf Side Shores

Location was great, closeness to the beach/water was terrific. The floors were dirty, our feet were black after being there a very short time, the cabinets need replaced, the comforter on the bed smelled of dirty feet or possibly wet dog, this unit needs an overhaul, the couch was horribly uncomfortable.

Really nice area.the beach was great. The unit was clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked, could update the coffee maker to a K-cup style. The front bathrooms vent doesn't work and the towel rack is very loose. The hurricane doors to the deck need a little oil, hard to operate. But all in all we wound stay there again!!!

A Very Nice Place to Stay

Great condo. As described. A little outdated but clean. Fast elevator. Nice complex. Fantastic a/c. Easy open doors to balcony. No more ripping your fingers off with sliding doors.

Where's the Beach

We knew going in that this unit had not been updated, but it really was worse than we expected. That said, we usually come for the beach and in this case, were very disappointed with the very narrow beachfront. Looks like half of it is gone compared with the beach further east.

Great location, accurate description

The only negatives I had? The master bathroom shower isn’t nearly as new/nice as the guest bedroom’s….and the humidity alarm malfunctioned, and went off for over 30 minutes around 5am….I had to disconnect it to allow us to sleep.

Pleasant two month say.

The Rental and facility staff were always pleasant and very responsive. I particularly praise Glen the building manager who helped with mail and good counseling. The Gulf Shores Rental folk provided good internet information and new pots and pans, plus a new range hood. We look forward to next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was good as expected. It sits really close to the beachbeach which is great! If I had to pick one negative thing to say, I guess it would be that you have to bring up your umbrella and chairs or they will Confiscate them. I understand why they do this but that part is aggravating compared to the units they allow you to leave your umbrella and chairs. It's certainly nothing that would stop me from booking again!

Would definitely go back

The dryer was not spinning and was locked up but they had it replaced the same day while we were out on the beach. Awesome response to that. Loved the view and the ease of getting in and out of the room to the beach and parking area. It was pricier than I would have liked but I can’t control that. I stayed in a place just like it 9 months ago in OB for 2/3’s the amount I paid this year.

Family Vacation 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacationed in Gulf Shores for 9 days and stayed at the property. The description was very accurate regarding the location, layout, and amenities. It was an older condo which was fine with us since we were there for the beach and fun things to do instead of spending a lot of time in the condo. The property was clean and maintained. Every morning staff were at the pool area cleaning up and rearranging from the night before, including the BBQ area. The customer service was great from the moment of booking to the moment of checking out. I would recommend this property and the location was close to fun things to do. The security was to notch as well. We would definitely rent from here again.
