Our place offers everything your family will need! It is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, nightlife, the airport 405 freeway, the mall, matador bowl. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space
Our home is very well situated in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. We are within a short driving distance of attractions and landmarks like:

- CSUN (Cal State University Northridge)
- Six Flags Magic Mountain
- Universal Studios Hollywood
- Hollywood/Hollywood Walk of Fame/
Chinese Grauman Theater
- Santa Monica Beach/Venice Beach

Amazing pool house with 2 spacious rooms, living room , dinning area , full kitchen with top appliances and 2 luxury bathrooms.

There are a couple adjacent separate units what one would call “in laws” unit or a “guest house” so there is a rare potential for noise around the kitchen. However, we strive to meet your needs and are very communicative with all our guests. It is rare but if there is ever noise we’re happy to assist in fixing the issue.

The house and the front porch patio are completely yours! The backyard , laundry area,carport and pool might be shared with other guests renting the next door units.

An okay stay in LA

My overall impression would be better but I could’ve done more research before booking as well. I misread the what to expect information and there are people that rent units/rooms for this spot. So it’s basically like a home hotel. Shared space. We ran into a problem with one of the rooms. When we walked in, it smelled strong of urine. We pulled the sheets back and there was a huge urine spot on the mattress. Being that it’s hot this time of year it made the smell worse. We messaged the host about the problem and no response. We had to share the one room or the couch with the kids. But overall it was close to stores with necessities and it was clean for the most part. Pool and laundry access were helpful as well.

Great Location in The Valley

The hosts were great, and the location was central enough for me to make visiting family in the area easy. The vrbo app map sent us across the street, so double check the address when locating the property.the stre

Family trip

The house and pool were perfect for our family. Huge livingroom and bedrooms, ample kitchen and lots of beautiful roses and fruit trees. Would stay here again.

Beautiful LA oasis!

Everything we needed, with lovely neighbours and a beautiful garden and pool! The property manager was responsive and respectful in all interactions. We will definitely return if back in the LA area!

Comfy getaway

Owner was very sweet and cut some fresh flowers from the garden for us on our second day. The beds were very comfortable and our stay was enjoyable.

Nice northridge house

This is a nice 2 bedroom close to the university. The house is spacious, clean has a cool backyard with a pool.

Multi-person dwelling

This house was very clean, owner was very responsive. What was not disclosed was that this house was divided into other units. I believe the owner was in the converted garage, another couple was in the blocked off eastern side and we were in the center. We noticed three fake doors that let to these areas. We noticed people sitting by the pool which made us not want to use it. The kitchen was not well equipped and had broken/dirty items. The linen was limited. No flat sheet on the bed, just fitted sheet and a thin blanket. We couldn’t find extra towels. It was difficult to dispose of the garbage and recycling. The neighborhood is questionable and the driveway is dangerous to exit due to a very busy street.

Family Home

I would like to say it was very comfortable we were 30 minutes from everything. We went to Santa Monica Beach, La Brea tar pits. Universal studios and shopping downtown Los Angeles. Came back to a very cozy home. Enjoyed the pool. Host was very responsive. Im leaving this review for all the familys looking for a safe place to stay. This our new go to spot.

Overall good with some things we wish we knew….

Overall we were happy with our stay. The house was clean, obviously well cared for. Although we didn’t use the pool it looked clean. For future renters there is no fence/gate around the pool so this would be dangerous for children. The beds we’re comfortable, the bathroom and shower was nice. The manager was very responsive to our needs. Like in most rentals the thermostat is meaningless. The bedroom with 2 beds was cold with the vent directly over the bed nearest to door pushing cold air all night. The other bedroom was a good temperature. It would be good to let people know where the extra blankets are located- I saw some under the bed on the day we checked out. It would be nice if there were some lamps available at the bedside (and near the couches in the living room ) so at night the overhead light can be turned off and still be able to read before going to sleep. In the description of the property before renting it would be nice to know that there is only one parking spot available on the property for a unit that sleeps 6 people and that the street is very busy ( with the no parking on weekdays from 7-9 am). Since separation of trash / recycling is needed it would be helpful to have in the house separate trash containers for each type of trash.
