Welcome to Sunny Poipu Beach! Enjoy this ground floor, newly decorated condo and relax on your private lanai while being steps to the sand. Surf spots, long walks and lifeguarded beach are at your fingertips. Fast 200mgb Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, free parking, 24 hour no hassle check in with key-card, king size bed, full bathroom and oversized lanai with dining table and lounge chairs on the lanai too.

Only few condos at Kiahuna are Air Conditioned. We are excited to announce that our condo is fully air conditioned.

Kiahuna Resort is 35 acres of landscaped, manicured lawns and gardens. This oceanfront resort is just steps away from the beach. It’s the perfect location, only 4 miles from Allerton Garden, 45 minutes to the top of the Waimea Canyon and 1 hour to the North Shore.

The Condo: The bright, airy, comes with free Wi-Fi, large screen TV, full kitchen, a separate sitting area with a pull-out sofa bed. Condo is located in building 18

Ceiling fan in the sitting area. Tower Fans in the bedroom and the sitting area.

Full bathroom with shower.

Sleeps 4, King size bed in the bedroom and Sofa bed in the sitting area.

Perfect Location

Property was conveniently located to the gorgeous Poipu Beach and centralized to getting to attractions on both the East and West coasts of Kauai.The lanai area was very relaxing after a day of excursions.

The property was great and had everything we needed to enjoy a one week stay on the island. There's plenty of beach toys and chairs. The property ground and location cannot be beat. A big plus for us was the access to the Poipu Athletic Club. Their gym facilities is well above what you would get at a resort. Our host Sabina was great and communicative, dealing with any issue we may have had. (Which was only a minor technical detail before we left for the trip) Would I book this property again? Absolutely.

Great ground floor benefits; wonderful AC unit and new fans. Few maintenance problems were fixed by maintenance person. Very clean. housekeeping made many interesting figurines with towels and wash clothes. Plenty of towels. Nice arrival kitchen items. Broken tiles on the lanai to be repaired by owner. Great variety of beach and travel toys to other beaches - snorkles, chairs, umbrella, etc. Shutters can be opened for non-AC day or night. We will be back.

Great Stay!

Had a wonderful few days at Poipu. The grounds were in wonderful condition. The condo was as described and very comfortable for our family. It was a great location with access to several beaches, the athletic club, shopping, etc. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Really pleasant experience

We only stayed a couple of nights but the condo was well equipped and the check-in process was easy. The property manager allowed an early check-in which was very much appreciated.

Great location, sweet condo

This convenient ground floor condo is no frills, but has everything you need for a wonderful stay at Kiahuna Plantation. Great kitchen cookware, comfortable bed, we would definitely stay here again. Cushions on the patio furniture were awesome!

Latest stay at Kiahuna

We really enjoyed the central location of this condo on the property. Of the eight or so times we have stayed at the Kiahuna Plantation Sabina's unit was the best equipped kitchen of all of them. Will definately book again.

Very nice unit

Very clean and presentable. Loved the patio overlooking the green luscious grounds. Especially nice to use patio while it was raining. Also loved the AC inside. Kitchen well appointed. Bed comfortable. Would stay again!

What a joyful, relaxing experience! The place was perfection--comfortable, clean, well-supplied. Access to the athletic club was a huge perk! We arrived late, but it was no problem--security was there to help. We'd rent here again in a heartbeat!

Paradise Found

Stayed here for 3 weeks! Walked to morning surf sessions, snorkeled in the afternoons, worked out at the Poipu athletic club across the street, embibed at the many options for drinks and grub. Coocked many meals in the well appointed kitchen. Unit is clean and air conditioned! Highly recommend. Oso

Old Hawaiian Paradise

Kiahuna Plantation is beautiful! It was nice and quiet-minus the wildlife, of course. Mama hen and babies, orange kitten, birds and lizards all visited daily. This unit is wonderful! The air conditioning is nice, but we only needed to use the dehumidifier almost the entire week. The patio furniture includes cushions, too. Keyless entry is also a bonus. The couch isn't that comfortable, but the beach so close makes up for it. The bed is quite firm. We would definitely stay in this condo again, though.

walkable beach was perfect!

We loved staying here! It was clean and had AC and fans which we appreciated. The patio does not walk out to the beach, like one of the pictures suggests. You do have to walk through the resort (which is beautiful) before you get to the beach. We didn't mind it at all though! Perfect place to stay and the beach wasn't crowded!
