A Perfect Day in Paradise...
Greet the morning with freshly brewed coffee on your spacious lanai with expansive garden and ocean views from this top floor unit. Making breakfast is easy in your bright, beautiful open kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Then pack up provided boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, and sand toys and take the short 4-minute walk to Poipu Beach, named "Best Beach in America" by the Travel Channel. Snorkel, surf, paddle board, or just chill. Hungry for lunch? Walk across the street to Cabana Restaurant with outdoor seating and a full bar, then relax at the tropical pool featuring lounge chairs and a slide for the kids. Work off lunch at the full gym or play pickle ball. Or walk to an array of beautiful shops and galleries. Head back to grab a cocktail for a stroll on the beach at dusk to watch turtles swimming and whales breaching. Spectacular Poipu sunsets are not to be missed! Then time to fire up the barbecue on any of the high quality grills. Wrap up the day by catching your favorite show on the large screen TV, playing cards, cribbage, or relaxing with a good book.

Bob was very responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and beautiful. I think the location so near the beach is one of the best in Kauai.

Best rental ever! My wife and I stayed at the beautiful condo resort located on Poipu Beach for 3 weeks. It was beyond wonderful. The condo itself is fully stocked with all kitchen items you would ever need, towels, towels and more towels. The lanai is dreamy in the morning and evening and big! Air Conditioning turned out to be a BIG plus, although only needed occasionally when the windows are opened due to great air flow. We sirvived the great Tsunami 2025 scare with direct assistance from Bob the owner of the condo who gave us much needed advice getting us to the evacuation location. His response time for any inquiries was very quick and much appreciated. Can't endorse this condo and resort location enough - we will be coming back!

Lovely unit in Poipu near the Sheraton

We’ve stayed in the Poipu area before, this unit was very convenient, with a great lanai and several easily accessible BBQs. It’s also close to the Sheraton for restaurants and drinks. There was plenty of parking, and it’s very close to Little Fish coffee and the Poipu Shopping Village with retail shops, restaurants etc. You get the best of the VRBO experience, with plenty of facilities close - we’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely place to stay

This place is part of Kihuana Plantation, the entire premise is so good, easy access to the beach, and the apartment was amazing. Bob was very helpful and replied to questions very quickly. We enjoyed so much that we ended up extending our stay and Bob very kindly accommodated it.

Great condo with lovely view

We spent a wonderful week at this lovely condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The lanai has a beautiful property and partial ocean view. The bed is very comfortable and air conditioning is much appreciated. The beach is a five minute walk through the property. The gym and pool are great and right across the street. We will definitely return!

We truly enjoyed the property and our stay. Athletic center with pool and fitness center was easy to get to and fabulous. Walk to the beach was easy, and beach and property are beautiful. Definitely would stay again!

Kauai is great!!

Nice stay.. clean and fully equipped kitchen as well as beach equipment- chairs, board, etc.. Only thing is no direct access to Kiahuna beach.. have to walk to the neighbor hotel or go by way of Sheraton. Otherwise .. good stay and thank you for the air conditioning!

A Wonderful Honeymoon Getaway

This condo was the perfect spot for our 10 day honeymoon in Kauai! Less than 5 minutes to an amazing beach and all the amenities you could want. It’s in a great central location to go explore the rest of the island as well. Would stay again and recommend family stay here!

Serene Island Getaway

If you want to experience a break from your stressful life, this is the place! Beautifully decorated, this condo features a kitchen with all the amenities. The balcony has a partial ocean view, and the property is near several excellent restaurants. The Grand Hyatt is close by with daily evening entertainment In a comfortable lounge.The beach is walking distance and if you need beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chests, or beach umbrellas, this condo has it all tucked away in an accessible closet. The carpeting looks brand new and previous guests have definitely respected the property’s shoes-off request inside within the unit. The host is accommodating and responsive. The only drawback for us was bringing some of the heavy groceries up to the third floor. The grounds people are very willing to help out if you need assistance in carrying things up.

Great stay near the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The place was clean and exactly as listed. We enjoyed that both the beach and the pool are about a 5 minute walk from the property and that we could see the ocean from the lanai. Staying in Poipu is great, we had a 10-15 minute walk to Poipu beach and lots of great restaurants around.

Beautiful Condo

Great unit with ocean view peeks. Very clean and very well stocked with all the beach and kitchen essentials. AC also a huge plus for summer time in Poipu! Our family of 4 had a great stay.

Amazing Stay

Great beach condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect to be only a 5 min walk from Poipu Beach and have access to the athletic club. We really enjoyed having an updated condo in an established community. The gardens on the property were also gorgeous! We look forward to coming back.

Great condo!

This was our eleventh visit to the Kiahuna Plantation and Bob’s condo did not disappoint! The pictures and description were exactly as stated. We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the unit. This unit is definitely one of the nicer kept ones at the Kiahuna. Bob responded very quickly whenever I needed to contact him. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo & location!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Loved the location. Enjoyed our morning lattes just a short walk away! Close to stores, restaurants, ocean & beaches. Many great walks along the water. Everything in the condo was in good working order and well equipped. Our only suggestion is to have plastic cups/wine glasses to take down to the beach for the sunsets. We had a fantastic time and appreciate you opening your home to us. Thank you Bob!

September Vacation

The place was MUCH larger than expected! It was also extremely clean with a nice view and just a 5 minute walk to the ocean! The kitchen was packed with everything we needed. There was also two boogie boards available for use. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay in the same unit again!
