This condo is nestled within a sprawling gated resort complex that offers a wide array of amenities and conveniences right outside the gated complex. These nearby conveniences include convenient stores, restaurants, bars, a spa, and a casino, all within walking distance. The beach & ocean is just across the street, a 2 min walk when outside the gated complex when exiting onto the main street. Inside the complex the condo boasts two stunning outdoor swimming pools with swim-up bars, one featuring a swim-up bar where you can also order food. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the property includes two hot tubs and a balcony that provides breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset, along with a partial glimpse of the Pacific Ocean. The complex is securely gated and features 24-hour security. Right outside our condo is a gravel parking lot where you will have access to one parking spot. There are stairs from the gravel parking lot that lead to the pools.
THE HOUSE RULE
-Treat the condominium as if it was your own! Please no parties, no smoking or loud evenings on the condo balcony past 11PM.
SETTING EXPECTATIONS
-The Diria Hotel pools across the street are not available for use. Breakfast availability cannot always be guaranteed there due to hotel capacity. Both cash and card payments are accepted.
-If you are traveling to Costa Rica from overseas, please be aware that things may be done differently here. Costa Rica embraces the "Pura Vida" lifestyle, which values relaxation and a slower pace of life.
-Please contact the property manager immediately if you notice anything broken or not functioning upon arrival and or during your stay.
-While we strive to address any issues promptly, immediate maintenance or punctuality from contractors cannot always be guaranteed, despite their stated availability.
-Language barriers may occur, as not everyone speaks English. Occasional communication delays may happen—we kindly ask for your patience.
-Expectations for accommodations and industry standards may differ from those in your home country, please remain mindful and respectful.
-Temporary power shortages are normal in Tamarindo and may occur during your stay.
-Costa Rica’s plumbing systems are less capable of handling large amounts of toilet paper and can easily clog. Please dispose of toilet paper and feminine products in the wastebasket provided next to the toilet.
-The condominium will be clean upon arrival and upon your departure. If you need the condominium cleaned during your stay, please contact property manager to schedule this service for you.
-Please turn off lights, close blinds, windows & doors upon leaving the condominium to minimize the access of bugs & help Costa Rica’s mission of saving electricity and high utility costs.
-Individuals with limited mobility or disabilities may find the stairs leading to the condo and the community pools challenging to navigate.
-Late checkouts past 10:00 AM are difficult to accommodate due to the cleaning crew’s schedule. However, you are welcome to store your luggage outside the front door in the gated area on the day of departure if needed.
CANCELATION POLICY & REFUNDS
Missing your flight or canceling your trip within two weeks of arrival will not qualify as a valid reason for a refund of any portion of your booking.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
In the unlikely event of a national disaster, guests may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
