The property was what we expected when we arrived. There were several cleanliness issues we communicated to the property Manager during our stay. There was a refrigerator issue that caused ongoing freezing problems that was never resolved after multiple complaints to the property Manager.We enjoyed our stay overall and any issues should be easily resolved for future customers.

Overall was great
Location, amenities, details were top notch! Only concern/complaint was that the sliding door vertical blinds did not work, no privacy from other tenants across the way. Only was a concern in the evening when you got back for the day

The biggest attraction to this property is that it is beachfront. However, the boardwalk we were supposed to have access to got locked while we were at the beach. I called the help number and was told they would call me back immediately but never did. Luckily a resident let us in but it was very inconvenient and we will not be returning to this property.

Solid location, and a very clean unit
This is a conveniently located unit that is ideal for either a couple or very small family. A grocery store and convenience stores are only a mile north, and the beach is just a three minute walk from the unit itself via a private boardwalk.
The unit also has great beach supplies and an adequately supplied kitchen. Just make sure you go to the grocery store to pick up sundries like coffee and shower soap before you check in.
Last note for in-the-neighborhood nav: Your parking spot is to your 2 o’clock as you enter the main gate, and the unit is another 80 yards farther down the parking lot, 2nd to last building on the left (south).

Great St Augustine stay
The unit was excellent. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Confirming all of the positive comments in other reviews except the exterior stairs to unit could be a bit cleaner.
Weather wasn't warm enough for a swimming 'beach break', but we really enjoyed walking the endless beach. The best walking beach we have ever been on. Watch for the tortoises from the boardwalk and the flights of pelicans sailing overhead. Great communication with the very professional management. Parking space is only a couple of steps from the condo. Everybody we met was friendly and willing to chat.
Really enjoyed St Augustine, walking around the historic district, the fort, the lighthouse etc. Plenty of restaurants, but didn't find one that I would rave about. Note that the site seeing trolly price varies every day. $5 discount if you buy the night before. We didn't bother with it. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.
The entrance gate to the condo development is difficult to spot, especially when coming from the North - even when you know it is coming up. Missed it three times. Could be dangerous if you are being tail gated. Also recommend writing out all of the access codes, unit number etc on a small card before arriving. The e-mail from management gives the codes buried in continuous text. Needs to be tabulated for ease of reading and access.
I would definitely go back here again or recommend it to a friend.
