Completely renovated it offers an oceanfront bedroom with a smart TV and en-suite bathroom, comfortable living room with a smart TV and a half bath, a dining table, breakfast bar and a kitchen with everything you need to comfortably dine in and a patio offering plenty of seating to relax in the sea breeze. This calming home away from home is designed to sleep 4 guests or perfect for a couples getaway. For added security for both the property and our guests there is an outside security camera that records activity in the front of the property.

Great ocean view!

My husband & I loved this ocean front condo. Over the years we’ve stayed in countless units at Quail Hollow & this was definitely a favorite if you’re looking for a one bedroom unit. It was a short walk to the beach & the patio provided a convenient place to put our beach chairs after a day at the beach. Overall the fantastic view & wonderful experience.

Amazing beach week

Seas the View is more than roomy enough for two and the perfect spot for an amazing beachfront vacation. The convenience of the kitchen and w/d make it feel like home. We typically stay all day on the beach, and the ice maker made plenty of ice overnight to fill our cooler. Early mornings and late evenings we enjoyed watching and listening to the ocean, while sitting on the balcony/porch. The beach is spectacular with its sugary white sand, and it’s extremely wide, even at high tide! Bridget is a responsive and cordial host. Thanks so much for a wonderful week!

Seas the Day

This little condo was the perfect spot for some beach serenity. The view of the ocean made our morning coffee on the lanai the perfect start to our day. Everything was bright, clean, and completely comfortable. Proximity to the beach was so easy. I can't wait to get back here.

Relaxing beach getaway

We stayed here as a quick weekend escape. The property was a lovely beach location. It rained as it does in Florida during the summer so we didn't get much tanning time but if it hadn't the place is beach front. The patio is nice to watch the waves. The only negatives were parking, because you have to walk up stairs and with the rain it wasn't fun, and check out time is so early. Even with alarms set, that you shouldn't do on vacation, we still were running behind. A positive and negative is there were so many codes. I count that as a positive because we didn't need to worry about keys, but also negative because we had to remember codes for every entry. Overall we enjoyed our time. The place was clean, comfortable, and a good location for our romantic getaway. The check in information, along with property details were seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

Seas the View @ Quail Hollow

The vacation home was very clean and comfortable. The community has a very large pool for all to share. This is our second time staying at Quail Hollow, 1st time back since 2017. This vacation home has a beautiful view overlooking the ocean and a 2 minute walk to powdery soft sand and the ocean. The water was absolutely wonderful. A great playground for the kids. A really close drive to many restaurants and the historical part of St. Augustine. We found a wonderful restaurant called Mango Mango's right on A1A which we went to 3 times and we highly recommend. The food was outstanding and plenty of it. We had a very restful and relaxing vacation and hope to return in the future. Thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us. We miss it already.
