We love dogs and are one of the few places that allows you to bring your entire family on vacation! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this gated Crystal Village home. Start the day by enjoying the salty breeze while having coffee on your private balcony. The resort style pool is just steps from the front door and the beach can be accessed by a short walk or via a free seasonal shuttle. After a day at the beach, enjoy the charming vibe of this boho inspired space. End your day by cooking in a fully stocked kitchen or head out to eat at one of the many restaurants nearby. We look forward to hosting you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and in a great area. The house was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided, making our stay easy and enjoyable.Jarred’s communication was outstanding from start to finish—responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful. He made the entire experience seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

The house is very close to the pool/hot-tub. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot-tub. The pool was very cold, despite being advertised as heated. That was our only complaint which is beyond the hosts control. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. There is a large shopping area within walking distance which was a plus for our group of girls. The host, Jared, was extremely accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

KonoVilla was a fantastic spot! We loved the easy access to the beach via the beach trolley and the pool was great! Jarred was easy to work with and super friendly. The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this house to other families looking for an easy and fun getaway!

The best part of the stay was the pool. It was fabulous! The host was responsive and helpful. The king bedrooms are always a plus. The downstairs needs a little refreshing. The sofa was broken down and the back was broken. The dining room chairs were loose and stained cushions. The kitchen pans were dirty probably the previous guests put them in the cabinet without washing. The toilet in the back upstairs bedroom squeals when flushed. A little TLC would go a long way.

Great location near everything in Destin. Easy to find in complex. 2 min walk to the pool (very nice). Love having king size beds in rooms (except bunks). Had beach towels, chairs, sand toys. Kitchen had basics we needed. One top reason we booked is the dog friendly aspect of the listing. Great place for walks. Plenty of room for crates. Owners were diligent communicators. About a 20 min walk to beach if you don't want to drive.

We travelled with 9 adults. Check in was simple and trouble-free. Place was spacious and pleasant and the beach was a 10 minute walk. As I had to work part of the time I utilized the wi-fi which was stable and fast. Kitchen facilities were all in good shape and everything was clean. Would consider this as an option again if in the area.

Overall, pretty good

We enjoyed our stay for sure. Jarred was a great host. The air conditioning was out upon our arrival, but he got a repairman there quickly to deal with the issue and we had cool air by the time we went to bed. The location is convenient and the shuttle to the beach is a great feature. We enjoyed the pool as well. Some of the neighbors were a little rowdy, but that's completely out of host's control and changed throughout our stay.

Love the Pool!!

We were very impressed with the communication of Jarred when we decided to extend our stay in Destin at the last minute. He was very quick to reply and very accommodating and even let us in early. We loved the beautiful wall murals and the 3 king beds were great for 3 adult couples. The bunk room was perfect for our grandchildren! The kitchen area is small, but has all the amenities needed. They provided beach towels which we didn't need, but it's a great amenity especially for those who are flying. Our favorite amenity was the POOL! The kids loved it!! We would suggest an update on the lighting (maybe new bulbs?) as it seemed much darker than it appears in the photos. The entry way door needs cleaning/painting, which is not a good first impression when you arrive. We did wipe down the railings to the upstairs as they were also very dirty with what looked like black soot or something. We didn't want to bother, Jarred, but I'm certain he would have taken care of it had we complained. Overall, it's a nice place to stay and make great memories! Thanks, Jarred!!

Awesome stay and centrally located

Great spot for food, golf, beaches. It was probably the cleanest VRBO that I have stayed in to date. No issues whatsoever with the property, etc.

Great Christmas Week Getaway

The house was great - perfect for what we needed for our family of 5. My only two complaints were the floors were in need of a good mop and the mornings were interrupted by loud trash pickup for the neighboring Waffle House between 5-5:30am. We’re early risers, so it ended up ok, and we know this is no fault of the owners. The walk to the beach is short, there were plenty of towels and extra pillows/blankets, and the kitchen was well equipped.

Excellent!!!

This property is exactly how it’s advertised! Jerrah (host) was extremely communicative including suggestions on restaurants and dog friendly beaches. You can take the shuttle to the beach or just drive the 4-5 mins to nearby parking and beach access. Also, very close to all shopping. The home was clean and well stocked. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Great location near community pool

We just stayed here this past weekend for Labor Day with 12 people. It fit everyone perfectly. There are 3 king rooms and 1 with double bunks. There's also a pull out couch upstairs that can fit 2 more kids. The owner is exceptional with communication and responds almost instantly! The house is located walking distance to the community pool. There is a free shuttle that'll take you to the beach and pick you up. We did not use that because we had a lot of people and stuff. We decided to all drive. It was a busy holiday weekend, and we still found parking for 3 cars near Pompano Joe's restaurant (must go to!) on the beach. Overall, check in and out process was seamless.

Great Stay!!

My family and I loved this place. Jarred was a great host and the place was very nice, clean, and in a great location. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Destin. Our family has already agreed that we will be back next year!
