Helen’s place is not only charming, clean, and well-appointed but also close to so many amazing farms, wineries, and beaches! I stayed here with a group of co-workers for a nearby wedding and the house slept 5 very comfortably. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very peaceful. Check in and out as well as communication was very easy. I would highly recommend Helen’s place!

Wonderful stay on the North Fork

Great location for sampling the beautiful North Fork vineyards. The home has been renovated and the beds are really comfortable. The ability to walk to the beach was an added bonus.

Enjoyable

Helen got back to me quickly with any questions I had about her home. Very nice house that was recently renovated inside. Beach a little less than 1 miles down same road was wonderful. Very easy to get to Greenport and every other town on the Nortg Fork.

Fun long weekend in NoFo!

Our stay was perfect! We came for three nights with another couple and our two 10 month olds - we all fit great. The house was very clean and all appliances worked well - especially the AC during a HOT weekend. The beach is a lovely walk or two minute drive and there are vineyards walking distance away. Can’t wait to come back!

Out East getaway

The house worked out well and we could accommodate visiting friends and family…kitchen is so well stocked and has everything you need. Helen was attentive and responded quickly to any inquiries. Location is great too…nearby restaurants, wineries , shopping and beach. …as described, a nice getaway…..

My friends and I had a wonderful stay! The house fit all five of us comfortably and is done up beautifully. Helen was responsive and helped accommodate all of our needs. We were in a great location- we visited the wineries and had a night out in Greenport which was a short drive away. Will definitely be back!!

Girls trip

We had the BEST girls weekend because of this house! It’s absolutely adorable, decorated with so much thought and care & the host could not have been nicer or more accommodating. She helped us check in and out in line with our travel itinerary which was so wonderful. The house was immaculate and has everything you could need. The rooms are beautiful and bright, beds are so comfortable and spacious. All 6 girls had plenty of room to sleep, dress and get ready! Love the ample seating, huge dining room table & perfect kitchen to prepare while interacting with others around the house. It’s clear the owners have put a lot of care into their home & want you to enjoy your time. We sat inside and outside all weekend. Very quiet street, not far from many many many vineyards & a quick drive to several towns. We did not want to leave. I cannot rave more about this house or the host & highly recommend anyone to stay here!!

Winery Getaway

Four friends and I stayed at Helen's home for a two night trip to visit the North Fork's beautiful wineries. The house was perfect...spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable with brand new appliances, great beds, fluffy towels and lovely kitchen essentials. Also, the house is incredibly close a number of wonderful wineries and fantastic restaurants. We would most definitely return!

Perfect NOFO Location

Helen's property was the perfect location for our weekend getaway. We were close to Greenport and all the festivities it has to offer. The house was also located extremely close to all the vineyards the North Fork has to offer. There are many restaurants and even supermarkets near by to make sure your bellies are full. The house was wonderfully decorated for fall, and made our experience even better. This was the first trip we took with our 3 month old daughter and the house made it a breeze. The large bedroom upstairs with a king bed made it easy to fit our daughter's pack and play. The other bedrooms allowed our parents to come and help out and enjoy the weekend as well. The front room downstairs was so bright and made for wonderful feedings and naps. Thank you Helen!

Beautiful home & excellent location

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was exactly as pictured and fit the two couples and our 18 month old beautifully. Our son especially loved the ability to run around in a circle and then hide behind the French doors. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was that were a couple of cleanliness things that I addressed with the Helen and she was very responsive. Other than that, the location couldn’t be better and the space was exactly what we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

make this listing your go to destination for the North Fork

We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish at this Cutchogue vacation rental. The owner was very approachable and helpful the moment we started looking into it. Her guidance and fine attention to detail in the home set our minds at ease. When we arrived it was exactly how we pictured it. It felt so nice to have the comforts of home - soft clean sheets, plenty of towels and linens, a full equipped kitchen, beach towels and chairs, air conditioning and a outdoor grill. We chose Cutchogue this summer because our family was heading to the US Open in Flushing. The location was so ideal on many levels. An easy drive in to NY for city activites, and short drives everywhere on the island to explore. We were able to take in Fire Island, Montauk, the Hamptons, and many kids activities like the aquarium in Riverhead. The home is also walking distance - equal distance to shops, grocery and restaurants on the main street on one end, and beautiful Fleet's Neck beach on the other. The beach had beautiful sand, shoreline and warm ocean water to enjoy. Special thanks to Helen for her gracious hospitality and everything she did to make our vacation a delightful one.
