Welcome to a newly constructed property located on a quiet, well lit street next to other new properties. It has more of a modern feel to the space. Within minutes of downtown Durham, Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC) and Duke Regional Hospital. Parking is limited to one vehicle at the back of the property, and one vehicle at the front.

Home was very nice and really clean. The only thing i would have appreciated more is if we didnt have to sit in the living room in order to watch tv. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean. Our host was great. We were glad that we could park in the back. It made things easy to bring inside. Grab bars in bathrooms are really necessary for houses for folks with handicaps. Throw rugs on the floors that are not stable can cause unnecessary accidents. I always ask host to be considered of folks with disabilities. Thank you for a good weekend experience.

Very nice and clean home. I feel the location and neighborhood was not clearly described or specified. We heard gun shots one night. I would have liked to know it was in the safest place of Durham where we were staying.

Clean and comfortable

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort afforded us at this property. All the rooms were well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Will consider this home in the future.

Great place to stay

We love the location of the house! The beds were extra comfy. We stayed Friday to Monday and the only thing i could think of is... have fun and explore. We came for a concert and this place was everything we all needed. The natural light that shines in the master suite is pure joy! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Place was Clean, comfortable and convenient! My only suggestion is to put TV's in the bedrooms! But that's just a matter of opinion. Owner responded quickly with any questions. We Enjoyed our stay!

New and nicely decorated

We came to Durham for a medical visit. The place is just as pictured, new, clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. It's very close to Duke, 30 minutes to UNC and is close to everything including pharmacies, fast food and grocery. Jane the owner was very accommodating and helped us out of a jam when we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly..

Adorable home in great location

There were 3 couples in all who stayed. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of sunlight. It was unseasonably cold weather during our stay, but that didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves. Any questions or requests were responded to quickly. Thank you for the friendly welcome and opening your lovely home to us! We will look you up if our travels bring us back to the area! Jackie

Nice Home

This is a nice modern home situated in an older neighborhood with two other newer homes like it. Though it is not centrally located, there are places to eat and a grocery store close by. The host accommodated our early check-in request so that we could drop our bags off, before adventuring out for the day. All the bedrooms are nice, but only one of the three bedrooms has a TV. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the property. The first night there we returned to find the main road, and the only way to access the two entry points into the neighborhood, blocked off in both directions by police presence. We contacted the host right away to inform them of our situation. They tried to help us find another way in, but to no avail. It was getting late and the children were tired and scared, so I informed the host that, for their safety and ours, we would be getting a hotel for the night. Out of concern for our family’s safety we decided not to stay the second night as well and retrieved our luggage. Since the unfortunate incident was beyond their control, the host refunded us $70 for our inconvenience.

Comfortable Stay

I stayed at this house with my family. It was very comfortable and clean. The host was wonderful and very accommodating. I requested a pack and play since we were traveling with our 9 month old and she had one waiting at the house for us. I would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the Durham area.
