Pure Pleasure! Relax, easy to get to, close to everything! Even walk to a restaurant for a casual lunch or dinner. Sleeps 4. Great parking for two cars. Large covered front porch, with a table to eat outside. A private brick walled back yard with a firepit and a hot tub, a little outside paradise! If you need to do some work there is a dedicated office with a printer for your use. Remodeled kitchen which has what you need to prepare meals if that's what you would like to do. Situated between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Smokey Mountains. Close to Downtown Waynesville. Come and see us today!!! Just an FYI, being close to Main Street there are restaurants that may play music.

Charming, clean and well kept home. Modern kitchen, comfortable rooms. Both bath rooms had showers, much appreciated. So convenient to downtown Waynesville.

Home away from home

Waynesville stay

the home is well maintained. Close to many activities in maggie valley. There many great restaurants and local music. The owner was helpful and listed many places to visit. Would certainly stay again.

The house was just perfect: beautifully modernized while retaining the historic character. Everything was clean and amenities were provided. Would highly recommend.

Family Holiday

We enjoyed a first class Christmas and New Years Family Holiday with our children and grandchildren who live in Waynesville. Our VRBO was clean, warm, amply supplied, and spacious with the owner/manager not only responsive but also very friendly. We are coming back!

Perfect Location

We just loved this house! It is homey and made our recent visit to the area just perfect. You are close to downtown Waynesville and all it has to offer but also near to the roads that take you to Pisgah or the Blue Ridge PKWY. Check in was a breeze. We hope to return again soon!

Central location

Great home. Very clean and well stocked. We stayed with another couple and really enjoyed our stay. Ample parking for our cars and motorcycles. Hot tub was an awesome extra.

We loved the house, hottub and firepit was perfect for chilling and enjoying with my group. It is a great location to go to surrounded cities. We went to Asheville NC and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge TN. We highly recommend this house, the charm and updated features blend perfectly together for a great time.

Cozy Home in Town

This is a traditional house with lots of room for two couples with a dining room, den, living room, kitchen, front porch and private backyard. It is close to grocery store, Walmart and access to highways and mountains.

Lovely home!

Pictures don’t do it justice! The home was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub worked great, and was nice and private. The location was quiet but conveniently located just off Main Street. Our host was easy to talk to and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. Would absolutely stay here again, thank you!

Nice house

We’ll kept home with all the conveniences. We’ll stocked, great in town location. Be aware that it is near a local burger joint that has live music on Fridays and Saturdays. Can be quite loud for a few hours. Otherwise, very enjoyable.

Incredible experience! Beyond our expectations. Easy check-in with combination lock, huge house, well equipped. Comfortable beds, great water pressure, hot tub, grill, private yard, parking, tons of tv channels, private office. My only regret is placing a Walmart Delivery in advance, only to find we didnt need anything but food! Toiletries, paper products, spices, oils, soaps,..laundry supplies, bags...a gazillion pots, pans,tuppers, utencils, etc..I mean everything was already there! Very attentive host, we would definitely recommend this house to a family of 2 or 3, or 2 couples.. ( master had king bed 2nd room had queen bed) 2 bathrooms. Not sure if sofas were sleepers, it was just 2 of us. Thanks Sharon for a wonderful trip.

A great experience!

First - communications with the owner were excellent - timely and helpful. Second - the home was very clean, a great job done. Third - the home is in a great location and a quiet area. The restaurant next door was never an issue unless you don’t like the smell of bacon cooking in the morning. There is some much good to say good about this VRBO. Even though this is an older home is has been beautifully maintained. It is so comfortable. It is a perfect place to stay when in the Waynesville/Magee Valley area.

dangerous weather trip

The house and property were excellent. We had trouble with the tv ,being electronic ignorant . Trip was cut short by hurricaine helene Made it home safe only to endure a landfall and power outage. Could have been a crisis if we had stayed in western N C. I would greatly recommend this beautiful home.

Fun Fall Trip to the Mountains

The house is in a good location in Waynesville. Easy to navigate to and from and close to everything you'd need. The house was very cute, beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay and we would definitely love to stay here again in the future. I saw on the house description that you can hear music from the band at a nearby restaurant (over at 10PM); one thing to note, the restaurant is right next door and the back of the stage shares a property line with this house. I was a little worried about that because I am usually early to bed, but we had zero issues because no bands played during our visit.

Very unhappy, pictures advertised on VRBO are deceiving, very unkempt, dusty and dirty, bad bed, squeaking everything, dish washer filled with water and non functioning, many clsets and pantry (that they advertised on pictures, are closed and not accessible. Will not go again to this place.

Enjoyable

Clean and cozy. Decorated very tasteful. Close to the Main Street but it was quite inside. Was to cold to enjoy any of the outdoor pleasures of the house. Good lil eatery next door. Great location for some relaxing. The master bedroom bed is comfortable-didn’t use the other. Small showers but lots of hot water. Cameras on property which was fine with us cause we old and outta that do dumb stuff stage. A few lil things I didn’t care for but nothing that would stop me from staying again. Owner has done a nice job in trying to supply the things needed to enjoy your stay. Over all i would say 10 outta 10. Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful quick trip to the mountains.

We had a great vacation. The check in process was extremely easy. The house is super cute, spacious for two couples and fully equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location within walking distance of restaurants and stores. Property manager is super nice and quickly responded to our questions.

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay in Waynesville, NC. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Beds were quite comfortable and the back yard with hot tub was a private space. Nice location. We would stay at this house again!

The above picture was taken by my husband when we were hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our son had come to visit from Chicago!
Nik and Sharon the owners are realtors and live in Florida. We make it to the mountains about once a month for a week. We just love the area and want to spend even more time. There is so much to do and see in the Waynesville area.

This property has all the convivences and yet privacy. Close to town and we just fell in love with the history of this almost 100 year old home!
Parking is great and many restaurants within a 15 minute drive. There is even a restaurant to walk to on the corner for lunch or dinner or an drink.
Relax on the porch or sit by the firepit. We hope you will enjoy this house as much as we do.
