Amplio y asequible condominio reformado y redecorado, ubicado a 4. 5 millas de Disney, en un complejo de lujo que se encuentra en 50 acres de magníficos paisajes.

Al entrar al condominio, una gran sala de estar, un dormitorio y baño, una cocina totalmente equipada con un comedor y un balcón le dan la bienvenida. El condominio está equipado con una gran pantalla plana LCD en la sala de estar con televisión por cable, un reproductor de DVD y varias películas para que disfrute. El ambiente, la espaciosa sala de estar y la comodidad te permitirán sentirte como en casa. Para mayor privacidad, ¡también puedes disfrutar de un televisor de pantalla plana en la habitación!

Las comodidades incluyen dos piscinas climatizadas (la principal es estilo laguna con acceso poco profundo), una sala de ejercicios, una sala de juegos cerca de la piscina principal, áreas de barbacoa, cenador, una casa club, Gazebo, parque infantil, canchas de baloncesto, canchas de tenis, cancha de voleibol, instalaciones de lavado de autos y lavandería.

Nuestro condominio tiene absolutamente todo para satisfacer sus expectativas, independientemente del tipo de vacaciones que esté planeando. Ha llegado el momento de disfrutar de nuestro hermoso condominio en este lujoso e impresionante resort de estilo caribeño.

Gem in Four Corners

Wonderful stay. The condo was spotless and had all the necessities to make you feel at home. The condo was perfectly situated near great restaurants, clean gas stations and grocery stores. Anything you need is within a 1/2 a mile. Located within a gated community, we felt very safe and the evenings were calm and quiet. We visited the club house once and the pool was not crowded. People were very friendly. Owner was very responsive and had clear and concise check-in / check-out instructions. Definitely a 5 star experience for us and we hope to be back same time next year.

Legacy Vacation Resort Stay

Our stay was from 11-30 July 2023: Unit is as described with the exception of unit being on the 3rd floor (parking lot view) with no elevator, 40+ steps to climb. As with most tourist areas there’s a daily medium to heavy traffic flow on U.S. 192 (main travel route to theme parks, eateries/restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops etc.). May want to allow yourself an additional 15-25 minutes' drive time for traffic each way. The unit comes with two flat screen televisions but navigating through the channels could be a challenge due to no on screen TV guide showing what’s playing at what time, challenging to go directly to a specific channel of interest without going through each channel to get where you want to go and/or see what’s playing). Host is responsive to inquiries.

Great property!

This is a great property and is in a gated community, which is nice. Sylvie was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend. However, it should be noted that this unit is on the third floor and there are no elevators. Not an issue for us, but might be for some.

Everything was great except the listing should say there are 40 steps up to condo. Also we did not know rules until morning of check in, thus we were toilet paperless on arrival.

We loved our stay at Sylvie’s condo, it was spotlessly clean and had all the things we needed. The community her condo is in has a beautiful pool, and despite a lot of people being there, it’s very peaceful and quiet. Sylvie herself was always prompt when responding and always so helpful and a joy to communicate with. We will stay here again and again! So very perfect 😊

Stairs and more stairs!

The condo was very nice and clean. The area was great. The only problem that we had was the stairs! I didn’t know it was on the third floor and no elevator. For younger people that might not be a problem, but my husband has medical issues that make it difficult to climb stairs.

Very nice... and very reasonable

Nice condo in gated community. The place was clean and accommodating. The smoke detector battery died our first night (chirping) so I called the owner. It was too late for anyone to come fix it, so I removed the battery. It was replaced the next day when we returned to the condo. There were 4 TC remotes (2 were the same) with no instructions on how to use them. I asked her while on the phone and she didn't seem to know? I'd suggest writing up some detailed instructions on how to turn the TV/cable on? I figured it out, but I'm fairly good at electronics. Guessing some might never have figured it out. And lose the duplicate remote (that didn't have power). One other suggestion along those lines. The TVs are very outdated and small for this day and age. Granted, don't spend a lot of time in the condo, but I'd estimate the living room TV was maybe 36 inches in diameter? It's a nice sized room; could use a bigger screen. Other than those two small observations, I'd recommend this property to anyone. For the price, you can't beat it!

Practical but basic

Problems with getting check-in details not resolved until just a short time before our flight and only via Home and Away. Property was acceptable, air-con was noisy. Bathroom really needs a makeover. The bed also wasn’t a good sleep - low base, mattress had been topped with a spare duvet beneath the top sheet in a vein attempt to make it acceptable. Very limited TV channels - not even CNN - streamed from our iPads instead. Washing from previous guests had been left wet in the washing machine - we re-washed it, dried it and put it away - probably explained why there were few towels before we found the washing! The size of the condo is fine and the kitchen had what was needed. Communal areas are good, nice gym and pool area. But not in a location where walking out somewhere is really achievable - you have to take the car. Disney parks all very accessible by car in 10-15 minutes.

Anniversary trip

The place was nice and clean. The bed was hard so I didn't sleep well. Our key card didn't work and we had an issue with getting into the gate. I couldn't reach the host. Someone ended up buzzing us in. I did get a new card the next day when the clubhouse opened.

Nice little condo

There was a lot of our Florida trip that had to be budget conscious, but this condo didn't make us feel like we were scrimping. We felt right at home. Owner was reachable and fixed a couple minor issues that we had right away. Pretty good location to everything and easy to find. Thanks Sylvie!

Schöne Wohnung in gepflegter Anlage

Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Sie ist groß genug für eine Familie mit bis zu 2 Kindern, diese schlafen auf der Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool am Clubhaus der Anlage gefallen. Die Konversation mit der Gastgeberin war stets schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder, Danke Sylvie!

Overall a Good Time !

We spent 5 nights in this very affordable and well appointed condo. This place is perfect for for 2 people but can sleep 4. The condo is clean and well kept, with everything you might need. It is in a location close to Disney, very good restaurants, shopping centers and supermarkets. It's in a gated community with swimming pool and club house. The only drawback would be if you can't climb steps. The condo is on the 3rd floor. Overall we had a great time!

Met our needs perfectly

This unit met our needs perfectly for our quick trip to Florida for Disney's marathon weekend. A previous guest had accidentally taken the parking permit, but the owner was quick to respond and contact the clubhouse so that there was no trouble with our parking within the complex. We did not make use of the kitchen or laundry facilities, as most of what we did was sleep at night and leave during the day. The kitchen looked clean and well stocked with dishes and utensils. We had not been to Disney World before, so we originally planned to just Uber or shuttle around as needed; but on the recommendation of the owner we rented a car, which ended up being much cheaper and more convenient because we didn't realize the distance between the parks and other places we needed to be. We appreciated her input and consideration. We did not visit any of the complex amenities like the pools or athletic areas, but everything looked tidy and well maintained.

We had a difficult time getting in the security gate and the apartment door code! Once in the unit we’re pleased with the accommodations! Ample for 2 people ! Wonderful pool! Would recommend! No WiFi or cable!
