The 806 Treeloft villa is more than an accommodation. Your stay in this home is going to be a cultural tour. Inspired by Rainbow Row, the pastel-colored historic buildings on East Bay Street downtown Charleston, each room in this villa is painted a different color. The chandeliers are antique light fixtures dating back to the late 1800s. The artwork you'll enjoy seeing here is a unique collection that is personally picked by the homeowners during their extensive travels in the country and overseas. This home is lived in by the owner 10 months a year, and it is well-furnished and well-maintained.
• The Space
The pedestal houses a washer, a dryer, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach canopy that fits 6 people, and a cooler.
After 16 steps up to the front door, there's an entry deck, furnished with 2 Southern-style rocking chairs. Sitting on this deck provides a view of the golf course, the crooked Treeloft street, the circle, and the pond across the street.
The living area is furnished with seating for 5 people: a sofa, a recliner, and a swivel chair. The fireplace is an electric heater. Above the antique Charlestonian fireplace mantel, a 54-inch smart TV is mounted on the wall. This TV is connected to a satellite dish with a subscription to 190 channels. The windows provide a clear view of the golf course and beautiful, gentle afternoon sun.
The dining room table seats 6: 4 seats match the Rosewood table and 2 extra seats are folded to be used when needed.
The kitchen is stocked with a range/oven that has an “air fry” feature, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge, a toaster oven, a standard 12-cup coffee pot, blenders, and plenty of dishes, pots, glasses, and cutlery.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed that has a comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress, a dresser with a long mirror, a drawer-chest, and a 24-inch smart TV. It opens up to a large deck that is private and quiet. Off the master bedroom, there's a bathroom with a stand-up shower and plenty of shelves and storage space. A hair dryer is provided.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed that has a comfortable Sealy mattress and a cover, a dresser, and a 33-inch smart TV. This room faces East and enjoys plenty of sunshine in the early morning. Off the second bedroom and kitchen, there is a bathroom with two doors. It has a tub/shower combination.
One flight of stairs, 14 steps up, leads to the loft. The loft is furnished with a twin-size bed, a day bed, a mirror, and a 44-inch smart TV. There's a good quality twin-size air mattress with a built-in inflator / deflator in the closet that guests are welcome to use.
The internet router from Xfinity is sitting behind the TV and provides the fastest internet available in the area. This speed should be able to handle multiple devices streaming at HD at the same time.
• BEACH: 1.2 miles away (about a 4-minute drive). There are 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach canopy provided at the property for guest use.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Please note that this property does not offer access to the private Seabrook Island Club facilities. Access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools, club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts is excluded.
• POOL: Complimentary access to the outdoor Lakehouse pool is included with your stay. Even without amenity cards, guests enjoy complimentary access to Seabrook Island's private beaches, the equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: Only gas-powered LSV vehicles are permitted at this property. Electric LSVs are prohibited as there is no designated on-site charging capability. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the 2-vehicle limit.
• CHILDREN: Welcome.

• ADDITIONAL INFO: Guest safety is a priority. The fitness center at the Lake House is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Please note there are exterior security cameras located by the front door and in the carport area.
• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included.
• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash and fold service, please let us know.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. We will assist guests in obtaining these passes. Once issued, the gate pass for each vehicle must be displayed on the dashboard at all times. This property has a strict maximum limit of 2 vehicle passes, and any gas-powered LSV golf carts will count toward this total.
• CHECK IN: We offer contactless check-in for the convenience of our guests. This door has a door keypad and guests will be provided a code. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season which runs from June through November, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but the policy of quiet hours from 11pm till 7am is strictly enforced. Have fun but please be mindful not to disturb the neighbors and be careful with the unique artwork, handmade rugs and furniture.
