Welcome to the Sandbox located conveniently between the north and south beaches of the Outer Banks, designated Beach vacation of the year 2025 by Southern Living magazine. Across the street from the ocean providing gorgeous views and access at the end of the block. Walkable to the famous Jolly Roger restaurant and bar with karaoke. Target and a movie theater are at your back door. Close to the Wright Bros. museum, mini golf, go carts, fishing piers and too many wonderful restaurants to list. Take a break from the sun in the heated pool (heated w/fee), enjoy grilled meals under the shady awning, unwind in the hot tub and take a hot shower in the outdoor enclosed shower. The yard is completely fenced for your fur babies. 1st floor has bumper pool/poker table and foosball as well as laundry and a full bath. 2nd floor has 2 ocean view Q rooms (one with en suite) and a bunk room for the kids and another full bath. There is a back deck overlooking the pool area and seating to enjoy gorgeous sunsets. 3rd floor provides living room with gas fireplace, dining area, and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a K bedroom and bath on this level, as well as a screened porch and sun deck with lovely ocean views. There is something for everyone to see and do creating a perfect oasis for a vacation to remember. Add Pool Heat to your early Spring Booking for $500!

Very Nice House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. The pool area was nice, but weeds and brush needs to be cleaned up. The main thing that I didn't like is there was no cabinet space for groceries and it needs a complete set of assorted knives including steak knives.

Great house and great time!

Nice house. Clean! Had a great stay here! Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Something for everyone! Had some nightly card games too!! Not too far from the beach access. We usually have farmdogs rental set our canopy up etc so not as much to haul anyway! Only mention was the upper screened porch door was missing the screen. Wasnt too big of a deal, and I did send a message at end of week so hopefully they have it fixed now! Lift was a lifesaver, definitely a plus for luggage and groceries! Awful Arthurs, Black Pelican and Jolly Rodgers restaurant very close, and a few other great restaurants! Pier is close, walking distance. Foodlion, Target and Belk very near too! Overall great stay! Thanks!

An issue with the air conditioning on the 2nd floor was discovered before we arrived. A tech was dispatched immediately and worked until it was completely fixed within a couple of hours. There were no additional issues with anything on the property.

Absolutely beautiful, gorgeous house with everything that you would need. Definitely will rent again

We got into the house Friday and unfortunately, Saturday night when we went to go out to eat I fractured my rest and we had to leave this beautiful home with all these amenities Monday morning. Beyond that is everything you would want it to be in a lot of privacy in this house. Neighbors were great. We just wish that we could have spent the entire week at the house 8 AM instead of two full days. If you are looking for a semi oceanfront house, this place is perfect!

Great house for a family

Management was helpful when we arrived a little earlier than our original scheduled check in time and was able to get us in about an hour early. The house, pool, and hot tub were all clean. The beach access was only a very short walk and was very doable with our children. There were a lot of spurs in the back yard, so just make sure you wear shoes. Overall, we had a great stay and would book this home again.

It was a beautiful house, but the only thing is for being a pet friendly house, the yard was absolutely not pet friendly. The pool/ patio are was great. The yard on the other hand was pretty bad. The grass and weeds are out of control and the sand spurs are horrible. There’s a nice volleyball net in the yard, but cannot use it due to the condition of the yard area. Overall, that did not ruin our trip, and I would absolutely stay here again if the yard was taken care of. Hope to see you next year house!

I would NOT recommend this property to anyone who has dogs due to the high volume of sandspurs in the backyard, making it unusable. For the most part, the home was very clean with the exception of the outside shower area. Also, if you are planning to use the backyard for your dog, please note the yard is full of "sticky weeds" which would not be good for your dogs paws. We enjoyed our stay
