First floor has a living room with the same cove view, a second gas fire place with smart television above it. Additionally, house includes central air. There is a half bath on this floor, including a vanity & bidet toilet. Gourmet kitchen, appliances include: juicer, air fryer and coffee maker. Enjoy an espresso after dinner, on the first floor deck overlooking the cove. The home overlooks 125 foot Dock ( available for use upon request & additional charge of $75.00 daily) This property also has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and pizza oven.
