The first two bedrooms have Queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom features two bunk beds, each with twin-sized mattresses. The office/den also has a twin bed available for use. Step outside onto the wraparound deck and savor stunning sunsets over the lake. Enjoy swimming and playing in the shallow waters of the lake's sandy beach, perfect for children.
This property is only available for Friday-Friday check-ins/check-outs during the peak season. ABOUT THE OWNER
Monica started North Star Properties with one goal. To better serve the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan Area with a concierge service mentality for short term rentals. From the North suburbs of Detroit she was bred to be in the real estate industry. Both of her parents were entrepreneurs. She watched as her father built Gauthier Corporation, a very successful construction company, which is still running as strong as ever. Her mother started a cleaning company that meticulously made sure every home shined like the top of the Chrysler building. Working for both of her parents growing up, she understands the drive and passion it takes to achieve success. Prior to starting North Star Properties, she sold real estate on the Northside of Chicago before moving to the Dunes and making a permanent home.
