Overall we had a great experience. I would say the place and some of the appliances were outdated. The host was very response when we had trouble getting into the place. Other than the lockbox trouble, and the pool controls not working, everything went totally smooth. The carriage house was nice, again just a tad more outdated looking than the pictures. Everything worked good though, the wifi was great, it was a great and quiet neighborhood, and the backyard was SOO cute. Overall I would certainly stay here again.

Great house for groups, great location!

This house was great! Clean, spacious, and a GREAT location! Super easy 5 min golf cart ride to all the places we wanted to go. The pool is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone going to seaside!

A getaway vacation that feels like home

Donna and DJ were both very responsive from booking throughout our stay. Although it was a business transaction it felt as though I was always speaking with a friend who gave me the keys to their vacation home for a getaway. The house was comfortably decorated and spacious for me and my 8 family members. The carriage house was a nice bonus for a couple with a young child and the pool was the meeting spot! We loved our stay and hope to return in the future.

1st Week before Senior Year

This house was perfect for our family and my son’s 3 friends. The boys loved the carriage house as it gave them their own space. My daughter loved her upstairs room and the pool. The master suite was perfect.

Wonderful location and amazing pool

This property is perfectly tucked away but only a short distance to seaside. We biked there every morning with the kids and it was perfect! The pool was amazing and we loved our stay.

Great remote quiet location with nice pool and fenced in yard...house and property could definantly use a deep clean but overall the place was perfect for us!

Really enjoyed our stay

The pool is fantastic. Closeness to everything. Privacy. All good things. Only thing I’ll say is about the kitchen - not enough pans to cook. Bottom oven didn’t work. The range was a struggle at times. Probably all just need updated. However - we would gladly return

Monet house is beautiful

Was lovely to stay at the Monet house. Had all the needed amenities. Host was very responsive to questions and check in and check out was easy. Bike rentals were convenient and it's a quick 3-5 minute bike ride to the beach.

Great Outdoor Space

We loved our week in the Monet House. The outdoor space was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the pool space so much. The house was clean and we had plenty of space for our group of 9. The beach chairs and boogie boards were a nice surprise. The only downside of the house is the distance to the beach. It was about a 10-15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride. The crew at Elite 30a were WONDERFUL to work with. They will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Would highly recommend the group and the house!
