Cozy cottage with easy living half way between Cisco Beach and Nantucket town

Tucked away in a private area, this tiny cottage is perfect for a relaxed stay on Nantucket. With a small kitchen and sitting area, you'll find the outdoor patio turns into your living room. Enjoy evenings and dinners outside as you unwind from a day on the beach. The cottage is 550 sq ft, ideal for a couple or a couple with a child with one main bedroom and loft area upstairs. There is a small tv room. This cottage is conveniently located between town and the beach. Cisco Beach and Bartlett's Farm are 2 and 1.5 miles away. The town of Nantucket is 1.5 miles away. Take advantage of the Cisco bike path or walk down to Cisco Brewery.
The cottage is well equipped with towels, beach towels and beach chairs.

**7 night minimum for all rentals, Saturday to Saturday in summer**

Other amenities include: outdoor shower, Solo fire pit, grill, dishwasher, TV (not pictured) Sonos speaker, washer, dryer.

Please note that this cottage shares a driveway with the owners main house but is a private area and not overlooked.

We had the best stay at this charming cottage! It was cozy, clean, and had that classic Nantucket charm. Loved the quiet location but still close enough to town and the beach. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway—I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-thought-out cottage. The home was stylish, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Its location was ideal: centrally situated between downtown Nantucket and Cisco Beach, making it easy to bike everywhere. The location was quiet and peaceful, which made it even more relaxing. Best Week on Nantucket

Aveen could not have been nicer! This little cottage was so cute and perfectly appointed. We could not have enjoyed our stay more! We’re already planning our return :)

Absolute amazing stay

The cottage was so cute, centrally located to Cisco beach, Bartlett farms, and Cisco brewery. We biked all over the island and into town (highly recommend e-bikes they drop them off and pick them up making it super easy). The cottage had coffee for the morning, beach towels, bath towels and beach chairs making our stay that much better. The backyard is spacious for grilling and relaxing. We are already looking to stay here again.

Fall Getaway

This was the perfect fall getaway! It was just my 3 year old son and myself. We rented bikes and rode around town, and to the beach. Perfect location because out of the traffic and bustle of town, but central and really easy to make it to the beach via bike! Aveen and Terry were incredible, so helpful and kind, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and having a good visit.

Nice start to the summer!

Very cute cottage for a week’s stay! Kitchen was comfortable for cooking meals and the backyard is lovely. We didn’t have a car and did just fine on our bikes, the bus, and Lyfts. If we had stayed any longer, though, would have wanted a car to make quick trips easier. The hosts were very communicative!

I cannot say enough about Aveen and the property … the property was beautiful inside and out! !

Beautiful property … near Ladies beach ( heaven ) Cisco beach and breweries along with Bartlett farms as a go to for fresh food to cook at home if you decide to stay in a night or two because the yard is just so beautiful for Al fresco dining ! It was such a joy to be there ! Close to town ! Bike path right there so you can take advantage of biking too! I simply loved this place and Aveen’s hospitality ! Thankyou ! This place is a must !

Ideal Quaint Cottage

If you are looking for a sweet, cozy rental accompanied by several amenities then look no further! This cottage is the perfect place to stay on Nantucket. The home itself has wonderful character and the homeowner, Aveen has furnished it with lovely yet, practical items to use while during your stay. The location is convenient and walkable if you aren't afraid of a little distance. The property is private and best of all, peaceful, as it is set back from the road. Aveen was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. There is something special about it that keeps us coming back!

Fantastic House for a Nantucket Vacation

The house was really nicely provisioned, well laid out and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay and the hosts were tremendously helpful. We missed our ferry, arrived very late, and the hosts made sure the lights were on and everything was ready for us. Can't recommend more highly!

Exceeded Expectations

We absolutely loved this property for so many reasons! Easy to get into town, the property was very private, plenty of outdoor space, modern, spacious for my husband, myself, and our toddler, each detail was very well thought out. It felt like home away from home and we would love to stay here again. The owners did a fantastic job building the cottage and thought of everything from a renters perspective. I can’t recommend this enough! The owners are both very friendly and quick to answer any questions. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Beautiful House

What a lovely house; we were so sad to leave. The hosts Aveen and Terry were so helpful, kind and responsive. It has everything you need and is so beautifully decorated and well thought out. Crisp sheets, fluffy beach towels, an awesome grill, every kitchen gadget you could need... We enjoyed our time there immensely. The location was perfect- bike path and bus close by, and convenient to town. We would love to stay again!

Little gem in the woods

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Property is clean and well designed. Comfortable beds and adorable kitchen. Stairs to loft are more of a ladder-like feel so they’re a little steep for some. The outdoor patio and shower are wonderful. Loved it!

Phenomenal Location and Hosts

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very lovely, quaint and well appointed. The outdoor space is very private and functional and we spent nearly every evening there. The location is also fabulous with a short ride in to town, Cisco Brewers right down the street and very centrally located to all the beaches around the island. Terry and Aveen couldn't have been better hosts. We will for sure be renting this home again.
