Two bedroom two bath condo in Marco Towers on the lovely Isles of Capri. 7th floor corner unit. Master bed has a king size bed with balcony overlooking the pool, Marco River and Gulf view. Master bath has a walk in shower. Guest bedroom has two twin beds, private balcony with views of Johnson Bay and Gulf of Mexico. Guest bathroom has a tub. There is a heated pool, fishing dock, and tiki hut on premise.

This property is co-owned by my mom, dad, husband, and myself. We live in New Jersey and my parents live in FL/NJ as retirees.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
The location of this unit is what made us want to buy it! The views from the patio and master bedroom are gorgeous. There is even a picture perfect view from the guest bedroom. My husband, father, and kids like to fish so the fishing dock is great for them. My mom and myself like to lay by the pool and walk around the point to watch the sunset. It has something for everyone in our family, so we knew this was the property for us.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
On our personal trips to our unit, we have seen manatees, tarpon, dolphins, and sting rays right from the dock. You can catch fish so easily from the dock and there is a fish station on the dock as well so you don't have to filet it in your kitchen.
The cheeki hut is a unqiue feature as well. Most evenings at sunset you can find building residents down there enjoying the beautiful view and having a cocktail.
The building is located on a peninsula and we have the ability to walk the sidewalked path all the way around the peninsula to look for dolphins and manatees. It makes for a gorgeous walk at sunset or first thing in the morning.
Isles of Capri is close enough to Marco Island to enjoy the benefits of all of their restaurants and grocery stores, but far enough away that you can still feel secluded and on your own private vacation.
