Teddy's Place is a perfect home for large families or multiple families. Being located in the Heart of Cocoa Beach, only One block to the beach access, and only a few blocks from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier make this home a perfect getaway. So many amenities within walking distance. The beach access leads to a great section of the beach that you can walk on the ocean’s edge within a few minutes. Close to NASA, Disney & Port Canaveral.

Cocoa beach stay

We enjoyed the house and the beautiful trees and back yard area. Beds were comfortable with exception of the twins which were hard. Nice walks to the beach. House was full of thoughtful conveniences to use at the beach.

Great property for beach time and local entertainment

My family and I had a great stay at this property. The beach is within walking distance as are some restaurants and ice cream stores! We also went to the nearby Kennedy Space Center for two days. The owner provides beach towels, toys, umbrella, and buggy which were VERY HELPFUL for those who flew into Orlando. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation!

Parking - We had room for two full size trucks and a trailer for kayaks with no trouble. Rental was clean and spacious. It was quiet and exactly as described. The host/hostess was wonderful and immediately answered my call when we arrived and my message when we checked out. We had a great time!!

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Walking distance to beach. House included everything we needed for the beach. House was extremely well kept. Will definitely be our go to the next time we come back to Cocoa Beach.

Excellence experience

We stayed 6 nights and 7 days. The house was as advertised, no surprises. Perfect for our family for hanging out when we were not out exploring. Renting a house was much better than a hotel. Very easy access to the beach. Grocery store and restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was perfect for our needs and we loved it! The location was perfect. Everything was super easy from checking in to checking out. Amazing vacation

This is our 2nd time renting this immaculate home. Home is very accommodating for a family. Location is close to everything and especially to the beach. There are beach anemities that you can take with you to accomodate a day at the beach from toys, towels, umbrella and a wagon to take everything. Everything described is what you gwt.

Family trip 2021

We had an amazing time and cannot imagine staying anywhere else. We all called taft beach "our beach" by the end of the trip. We will be return customers. We were a full house and felt like we were never on top of each other once.

Cocoa Beach Getaway

Perfect spot for a beach getaway! This property is just as listed. The check in/out process is seamless and the communication with Martina was so easy. She is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns during the booking process and the stay. This house is in a great spot and is walking distance to many things. The pizza place directly next door, Papa Vitos, was delicious! Definitely recommend!

Great Location!!!

We loved the short walk to the beach with all the beach amenities! The outdoor shower was a favorite. We loved being close the ice cream shop for our teens. The only trouble we had was a late check in due to extra cleaning needed from previous renters. We appreciated them being thorough. Thanks so much!

Florida Getaway

This property is simply WONDERFUL! We had seven people total between two families and had plenty of room. The entire house was spotless as we arrived, beautiful front and back yard areas with outdoor seating for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The inside was updated and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach is a short walk and there are plenty of thing to do near by as well. The book that was prepared for guests pointed us in the right direction for our dining choices and we were not disappointed. This is a must try booking. We will be sure to book Teddy's place the next time we come back to Cocoa Beach.

This was a great house. I misunderstood it to having at least a 3rd bathroom but it was actually an outdoor shower. There is a small step inside that is a trip hazard. So our guests didn’t want to stay on that side of house in case of overnight bathroom needs on other side of house. But otherwise this house was fantastic! Great outdoor space, too! Loved the dart-board

Nice location, great amenities

The location was near everything. And just a quick walk to the beach! The house was very well stocked with beach equipment including beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, blankets, towels, and even a wagon to transport everything there. The kitchen had all the necessities and them some if you want to cook while there. Plenty of towels and enough toiletries, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry pods for each night of stay. The backyard was really cute and spacious although it rained each day just enough to get everything wet and it was really humid so we didn’t really use the backyard or the games in the garage. The neighborhood felt safe. Overall the house was very comfortable and homey. We enjoyed our family stay!

VERY clean!

Cleanliness is our family's most important criteria, and this home is clean and well-maintained. The decor is fresh and well thought out. We liked the location so close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The garage rec room is an awesome place to unwind with the kids after travel. The back lawn is a beautiful place to relax as well, with plenty of patio furniture. Inside, I wish there were more hooks for hanging things in bathrooms, bedrooms, and by entrance. Towels and jackets kept ending up on the floor because they had no "home." Otherwise, we thank the owners for a pleasant place to stay!

Great location

Overall had a wonderful experience. The home was clean and it is near everything. Owners were wonderful .I would suggest possibly doing something with the step up from the dining area to the living rm because (even though it is marked) it is the perfect height to destroy your toes on. Our family absolutely loved the home and all the amenities around. We loved that the owners provided Beach accessories that made our many trips to the beach so much easier. The only surprise to us was the fact that there were cameras on the property( which I understand why) we just didn't expect them. They were not pointed at any private areas but the fact that there was also a ring doorbell that doesn't chime in the home does make it a little difficult to recieve food delivery because it goes to the owners phone and guests have no idea someone is at the door. We were left adequate toiletries but could have used a few more garbage bags and perhaps some spray cleaner for the countertops. We also loved the fact that there was a book left at the home with all the restaurants and things to do nearby and we referenced that alot. Don't take any of the suggestions as bad feedback as we truly just loved our experience here. It's more of an FYI. 5 stars all day long for this property.

Great summer getaway

We had a wonderful stay! We chose not to walk to the beach even though it would have been a 5 minute walk. You have to cross a two lane road to get there and it wasn’t feasible with some of the people in our party. There is a car wash a couple miles down the road with great vacuum cleaners that we used at the end of the week before we packed to go home. The sand/beach toys and equipment available for use were very convenient. My older kids loved the boogie boards. It is close enough to see the pier but far enough away we had a section of the beach all to ourselves. The outdoor shower proved very useful (and private!) every day. We were able to visit the Kennedy Space Center (very short drive) and Universal Studios (about an hour away) with no trouble. The house alarm did give a low battery warning and beeping later in the week. I sent a text to the property manager and it was fixed very quickly. We had great communication with the property manager. I highly recommend and would stay here anytime again in the future.

We are a Family of 5 that moved to Cocoa Beach for work opportunities in 2016. Living in Cocoa Beach gave us the time to renovate the 1957 home into a warm and cozy vintage appeal. Living the Cocoa Beach life was an amazing chapter in all our lives. Having the beach only a block away gave us the opportunity to surf and swim in the beautiful Cocoa Beach water. All four seasons are amazing. We have great experiences with the local attractions, restaurants, and night life. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we did for 5 years. Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Teddy's Place with comfortably accommodate 8 people. There are enough showers to also accommodate the guest numbers. The outdoor shower is amazing.... we also have lots to do for kids and adults including the game room Man cave, Basketball, Darts on the back patio with incredible outdoor lighting. We also made sure that you don't have to spend money on the beach basics like chairs, cooler, wagon, beach toys, and beach games. This gets you right on the beach enjoying the surf and water.
