Welcome to our updated 2 bedroom/2 bath retreat in Bella Vista. Our retreat backs up to the Tunnel Vision trail and allows you to bike in/out. We are only 5 mins from the Little Sugar and Back Forty trailheads. All eight of Bella Vista’s golf courses nearby. We are just 15 minutes from Bentonville where you will find Walmart's Home Office, Crystal Bridges Museum, The Amazeum, The Momentary, Slaughter Pen trail and the Coler MTB Preserve.

Very cozy and comfortable home that is near all things hiking. We loved the private backyard that overlooked the woods as well as the hot tub!One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!

Everything here was beyond what we needed! The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The backyard felt like a wooded forest, very relaxing with the hot tub. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything for cooking. We felt right at home!

The hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed sitting at the table outside in the morning. The decor was lovely ! The only complaint is that we only had one washcloth, not two, for four days. So, not enough towels. The TV in the large bedroom did not work. No biggie!Everything was beautiful and worked well. We loved looking out at the woods!

Overall stay was good. Tim, our host was very responsive and was quick to reply to any questions that we had.Check-in was flawless. Very quiet neighborhood very peaceful. Back porch is a great place to read a book.

This house was absolutely perfect. From the location, to the cleanliness, to being fully stocked in all necessary items. We spent the weekend here with our kids and felt safe and relaxed. Comfiest beds, amazing showers, peaceful outdoor space. The guest book with people stating their highlights helped us find some awesome things to do and try. 10/10 recommend this home. We look forward to coming back!

Great place!

We loved our short stay over July 4th weekend! The house is very nice, rooms are spacious, furniture is comfortable, kitchen is well-appointed. The fenced back yard was great for our dogs, and the deck facing the woods was perfect for morning coffee and evening card games. The location in BV was nice for going into Bentonville for dinner and up to Noel for a river float.

Perfect stay

House super nice better than pictures. Enjoyed the hot tub and fancy shower. Best part is the woods behind the house, makes the deck a peaceful place!!

Great Getaway

Nice location and quiet. Fenced yard is good for pets or little ones. Very clean. Bungalow sort of house with large deck and hot tub. Very close to Tanyard Creek trails. Access to the biking trail in the back is a bit steep, but short. Hosts were very attentive.

Peaceful getaway in the woods

We absolutely loved the stay! We wish we spent more time in the actual house (and hot tub!), but we were mostly visiting our family. The house is beautiful and the view from the deck is awesome, so relaxing! We're planning to rent again when we're back visiting the family. Thank you for having us!

Great Getaway

This was such a great house for a quick getaway before the craziness of school starts. We had a little trouble with the door code not working but Tim was quick to respond and help us get inside. The hit tub was perfect for relaxing in and the wifi was fast and easy to connect to for work. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, even some spices. The bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, and they also provide a few toiletries. The neighborhood is very quiet. I would love to return in the fall when the leaves start changing, what a beautiful view that would be!

Great view and relaxation

House is in quite location not far from town but feels private. Comfortable and thoughtful amenities. Only suggestion I have is instructions on the thermostat because it’s all digital. Great stay overall!

Pretty and relaxing

Great rendezvous point for our girls trip. So relaxing - hot tub, hammock, and forest view. The house is lovely. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Great house, a little farther from Bentonville

We have been coming to Bentonville several times the past couple of years for the mountain biking. We love the area. This house was a bit farther than where we have stayed before, but that didn’t really affect our stay. Great things to do in Bella Vista also & not terribly far from Fayetteville. The house was very clean; however, because of the woodsy area, we did find some bugs and cockroaches in the house and a lot on the porch. The hot tub was so nice to relax in, but maybe add some lights around the lower deck for visibility. Steep driveway, but our cars made it in no problem. The communication with the owner was great, especially when we had trouble getting into the house. He answered quickly and made sure everything was great. 10/10 on the kindness & hospitality! Overall, we loved our stay. Highly recommend the Bentonville/Bella Vista area.

Clean, Quiet, Fenced Yard, Dog Door!

Had a great stay with family at this property. Owner was super responsive & flexible to work with even when we needed to extend our dates! Property is clean, updated, nicely appointed, comfortable beds, and cool AC. The deck looks out into the woods. The fenced yard is a plus, especially for our dogs. The dog door was wonderful too! When back visiting family we hope to stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

This home was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The patio looks out over the woods so sitting out back drinking our coffee or eating dinner was so peaceful. It was great watching all the lightening bugs. The doggy door was a wonderful surprise. Our dogs are used to using a doggy door so that made the trip even easier not having to get them on the same schedule to take them out. The house was very close to Walmart and some places to eat. Tim was great. He responded to my messages very quickly. Would def stay again!!
