Este condominio frente al mar, planta baja, en Cordoba Surfside Resort se encuentra en la buscada después de lado de océano del elevador y tiene una espectacular vista al mar desde la cocina, sala de estar, comedor y terraza. Es uno de los más grandes, 1 dormitorio, 1. 5 unidades de baño (680 pies cuadrados). La unidad es de baldosas en todo. Se ha remodelado con gusto a un nivel muy alto de alquiler.

La hermosa cocina está bien equipada con electrodomésticos modernos, incluyendo una nevera grande con máquina de hielo, estufa superior plana con el ventilador de la campana del horno por encima, lavavajillas de tamaño completo y triturador de basura. Tiene una luz gabinetes de arce y mostradores de granito de color marrón y la pared posterior.

El salón tiene un nuevo tamaño queen sofá-cama y una gran pantalla LCD de pantalla plana de televisión en color, reproductor de DVD, equipo de música y ventilador de techo multi velocidad. También cuenta con una zona de despacho con conexión a Internet y silla alta velocidad inalámbrico y teléfono con llamadas de larga distancia gratis a Canadá y los EE.UU..

El comedor tiene una mesa de cristal redonda de ratán elegante con 4 sillas a juego.

La terraza grande (unidades de la planta baja tienen el patio hawaiano más grandes) tiene una mesa de comedor mesa con dos sillas y una tumbona, un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de su café de la mañana o una cena romántica frente al mar!

El hall de entrada es muy amplia, con un gran armario.

El dormitorio tiene una cama doble, ventilador de techo multi velocidad y una caja fuerte de seguridad digital.

El baño principal tiene un tamaño completo, paseo en cabina de ducha de mármol con el banco, que se combina con encimera de granito en el tocador.

Excellent property and owner

Everything about this property was 5 stars. The location and view were to die for and the property management company handled some issues immediately. It is an older property so some things are outdated but well maintained. The only negative is this unit does not have air conditioning and it can get really warm.

Maui getaway

We had a great time during our stay at this condo. The location was perfect. Our daughter enjoyed the large grass lawn. Beach in walking distance is great. I enjoyed morning runs along the beach path.

The photos tell the story. You are steps away from the beach. Two great restaurants within an easy walk. Great for snorkeling or just relaxing. Far from the crowds in other areas of Maui.

Great view. Convenient access to the grounds.

I was nervous about being on the ground floor near the pool, but that wasn't an issue at all. The pool closes before bedtime and people are very respectful and quiet. The ability to walk directly into the lawn was fabulous.

We planned a last minute trip to Maui and searched the website until we found this unit which appears to put a ✔️next to all our items on our wish list. Every time I reached out to the property manager Larry, he was very prompt in getting back with me. The check in and check out directions were explained perfectly! Would definitely stay again. Very good location. Wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped. Needed more attention to detail. Surfside is top notch! Out of our 3 units, this was the only one that disappointed. Needs updating.

Great location, but needs A/C

We would not have stayed here had I known there was no A/C. It was miserable trying to sleep at night when it doesn't cool down. This unit has a great location, but needs a mini split system, or at least a portable ac unit for the bedroom. We had to leave the front door open most days we were home to get some air circulation. Great location but needs AC.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS & LOCATION

Awesome location and views. It was not as clean as I’d hoped. It definitely needed more attention to detail; the mirrors were dirty, the shower had long hair on the walls, and the master bedding was not a pleasant smell. (we slept on the pull-out couch bed 1st night) Housekeeping took care of it the next day, and all was good. We were unaware that there was no AC (we didn't fully read into that). However, it was not an issue with the doors open and the master bedroom windows open - in fact, it was wonderful to have the breeze and fresh air.

Great location, will visit again!

The property was spectacular and we really enjoyed the stay. The owner has not been very easy to work with on the other hand and I don't think I will book one of his units in the future as a result. As our vacation approached, we realized we needed to leave Maui one day early and I asked for a reimbursement for that one night. He said he would refund it if they were able to rent it to someone else but that would be unlikely. I accepted, thanked him and was appreciative he would at least try to find someone to take that evening. We arrived for the stay and on Day 3 I believe it was, our lower level unit flooded and we woke up to standing sewer water on the floor. They needed to relocate us and the only other unit available was Larry's private unit. It was absolutely gorgeous however, traveling alone with two young children, the lower unit that had a grass lawn out the front door and the pool right next to it was ideal. We had no choice but to move which was fine but I did ask for some sort of reimbursement for the inconvenience. The owner said the quality of the new unit should make up for any inconvenience which seemed to me an arrogant response. Furthermore, I was advised they only had the new unit available until Monday night and they'd have to figure something else out for me for Tuesday night. I reminded him that we needed to check out on Tuesday morning anyways and it seemed like a win-win to me. In my mind, the reimbursement of the Tuesday night stay was also justifiable since it worked out for both parties that they did not have a spot for us on that Tuesday night. It was obvious to me that the owner hadn't even tried to re-book that last night like he said he would. At this point in time, I have made 3 attempts at contacting the owner for the reimbursements and he will not respond to my messages. Although the location is wonderful, I would not recommend booking with Rosie Rentals but rather finding another unit that is available through Kihei Surfside website.

Thank you for the refund for Tuesday night Larry, I really appreciate you allowing that! In regard to the wipes, I brought a partial packet with us on the trip in case we needed it during our travels in airports, etc. It stayed in my purse the whole time and is now back home with us since we never used any. If there was a box of wipes in the bathroom, I can assure you it was not ours. My kids know to not throw wipes in the toilet so even if they had used any from that box that might have been there, I really doubt they threw them in the toilet. The location was fabulous, and I am sorry the complex was having so much trouble with the sewer while we were there. It was enjoyable nonetheless. I appreciate you working with us on everything. Thank you again! The reservation was done on a no refund basis. As the guest stated, we tried to rent it but predictably we were unsuccessful, as single nights don't rent in the vacation rental business. When roto rooter discovered the cause of the toilet backup, they found someone had flushed wipes down the toilet, despite signs beside each toilet restricting anything but toilet paper. Admittedly this could have been done by any guest in the stack of six condos as they all share the sewer pipe where the clog occurred, however a box of wipes was seen beside the toilet in this guests bathroom, where the toilet backed up. The guest was immediately upgraded to a two bedroom oceanfront unit, and almost as fast, Roto Rooter was back unclogging the toilet of this room. Despite all this, the guest has been told they will have the one extra night reimbursed and it has not been forgotten.

Perfect Oceanfront location!

This little rental was the perfect touchdown each day. After watching the sunrise & day trip boats leave Maalaea, we spent mornings on nearby beach, cleaned up for lunch & afternoons at the pool - steps away from the lanai. Unit is clean and had everything we needed. No AC but fans helped. We’d stay here again!

You will not find a better location

The set up here was great. Not only did everything go smooth but also everyone we met at the condo (mostly condo owners since it was off season) was so welcoming. The pool set up a few yards away, it was fantastic and the a beach is just around the corner with a oceans view! If we get the chance to go back we will stay here again!!!

Never want to leave!

My husband and I had an amazing stay for our 27th wedding anniversary! The property was perfect! Location location location! You walk right out the slider to the lawn and the ocean view. Sunsets every night on the patio! The pool area is newly redone with great barbecues and tables. It’s cleaned every morning! Ken the president was on site that week and made us feel right at home. He was full of great day trip and dining ideas. The walk down the long sandy beach was feet away! Our condo was clean & very well stocked for all our needs. Kihei, just a few miles away, had lots of fun restaurants, bars and shopping. We never wanted to leave and will definitely be back!

Perfect Location & Beautiful View

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The view was fabulous. Right on the water & pool, in front of an excellent snorkeling location. Saw lots of turtles here! Very nice staff on location. Would definitely return.

Everything is right here.

It doesn't get better than this... spacious, well-equipped, gorgeous views of the ocean and sunset! We enjoyed being steps from the heated pool, and just a few more steps to Keawakapu Beach, which is a long stretch of sandy beach with gentle waves-- it is sheltered from the winds by the Mana Kai and the Kihei Surfside. From the lanai of the condo, you can walk across the well manicured, expansive lawn to access a beach trail leading to the Kamaole Beaches, and the Kihei boatramp, where many molokini snorkel tours depart from. Location is very central to shopping, restaurants, beautiful beaches... but it's so relaxing just sitting on your own lanai, watching sunsets and people, you may not want to go anywhere. The kitchen is great for cooking, every gadget you need is provided. We made our own pina coladas! There are beach towels and extra linens. Having a half-bath is a great perk as well. Overall, this is an excellent condo for a small family or close friends. Great communication with management, easy check-in and check-out, beautiful location! Highly recommended.

We are convinced this property offers the best value and location for oceanfront accommodation in the south Kihei/Wailea area. All of the units are direct oceanfront, and the property has the most amazing oceanfront lawn area spanning over 2 acres, which is unique to our property. The best part about the Surfside are the friendly, happy people, and the great accommodating staff!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The property is located right at the north end of world famous Keawakapu Beach. It is one of the finest white sand beaches anywhere. It stretches for miles past some of the most expensive homes and hotels in all of Maui. Great for walking or running. There is a reef right at our property that has the most amazing snorkeling we have seen anywhere. Unlike most other oceanfront properties in Kihei, the Surfside is perched right on the sea shore, set back several hundred feet from S. Kihei Road, so you hear the ocean, not the road noise. The complex has two high end stainless steel barbeques and picnic tables right at the ocean. Almost every night, we use the barbeque and eat our dinner at the oceanfront lit by tiki torches.
