Beautiful 2BR Suite just off Main St, Picton, near Sandbanks
This beautiful, brand new fully renovated, luxury 2 bedroom suite is fully appointed with all the amenities of a spa boutique hotel. Every detail has been considered in making this suite an inviting and enjoyable place to stay and relax during your visit to Picton and the surrounding areas in Prince Edward County. Kitchen comes complete with all pots and dishes, cooking utensils, dishwasher. A bistro table is available with 4 seats for meals.
Please remember to book Sandbanks or other parks in advance as they fill up and have limited capacity!
Located just 1 block off Main street Picton in the old historic house which was known as "The Hub", you are in a quiet location, yet 1 min walk to bustling main street with all the restaurants, art galleries and quaint boutiques this charming town has to offer. You are a 15 drive minutes from Sanbanks provincial park and beaches, minutes from Benson Park (swings for the kids) in the city, 3 minutes from Picton Harbor and famous slickers Ice Cream, minutes drive from a variety of wineries, cideries and breweries, and multiple grocery stores.
"The Hub" suite offers 2 bedrooms, each with Queen size beds. In the living room is a 55'' TV with connectivity to all the streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, Paramount Plus), and unlimited high speed internet for all your devices.
The large outdoor shared garden space offers a propane fire pit and Muskoka chairs for your enjoyment.
This Suite comes with 2 car parking.

PLEASE CONTACT US 5 to 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL FOR THE CODE/S.
YOU CAN ONLY BOOK 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL SO SET A REMINDER ON YOUR PERSONAL CALENDAR. ALSO, YOU MUST PRINT YOUR PASSES AT HOME! WE SUGGEST BOOKING FOR ALL DAYS OF YOUR STAY.
Then follow the process:
- Click https://reservations.ontarioparks.com/
- On top, click Day Use
- Select DVP - Daily Vehicle Permit
- Select Sandbanks from the list
- Select the date and Search
- Then, on the Calendar again select the date you want to arrive.
- Click Reserve and continue with all the standard checkout steps.
- Weekdays are often Free, weekends are paid but your Season Pass will waive all fees.
- As you proceed through checkout there will be an option to select Season Pass Holder, and enter the details of your pass.
- The codes for 2023 are in the bottom right corner of the passes:, and are (will be provided)
- Make sure you enter your license plate correctly.
- You will need to do this entire process for each car. Ensure you receive the confirmation via email (I often send myself a screenshot in case it takes a while to arrive).
- The general procedure is to arrive at one of the park entrances, proceed to park and display
Safety - for the safety of guests as well as the property, there are 3 (3) external video cameras. One is pointing towards Paul street, the property parking and entrances and is visible located at 9 ft. high in the north east corner of the building. The second is located in the same spot and points to the king street entrance and grounds. The third covers the back entrance to suite D, and is located on the West wall near the back door at 7 ft. high. There are NO cameras inside the house whatsoever.
