Newer home perfect for golf trips and long-term rentals!

Built in 2019, this home is designed to host and entertain your family and/or friends while enjoying the best Kiawah has to offer. Only a 5-minute bike ride and/or 15-minute walk to the beach, this elevated two-story house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Turtle Point Golf Course.

Entertainment. It is made easy here with a large kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including wine fridge, ice makers, refrigerator drawers, cooking wares and a spacious island to gather around. Adjacent to the kitchen is a living room and dining room, with direct access to a screened-in porch to take the good times outside, regardless of the weather!

Relaxation. The house offers 4 bedrooms, including to master suites (one on each level), with each providing large walk-in closets, private baths with luxurious showers. The first-floor master suite includes a soaking tub as well. Both suites have their own Samsung Frame TV's and private porches with views of the golf course. The second floor also includes two additional guest rooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a trendle bed and ample closet space.

Bonus. The house boasts a laundry room, elevator and access to the property's own new bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas.

Excellent stay

My family and I had a great stay here. The house is in a great setting, well-designed and appointed, and well-stocked with supplies. Having the bikes in the garage to get us around the neighborhood and to the beach is also awesome.

Wonderful home in a great location for golf & beach

My family and I enjoyed this lovely home, located within a quick bike ride to the beach and a quick ride to Kiawah's many golf courses. The home had everything our family needed... a lovely stay in a wonderful place!

Great house for family to gather

Incredible house; perfect layout and design for family to gather and relax. Host was wonderful and responded immediately. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a house in Kiawah.

Wonderful week

Had a wonderful time during our stay. The house is very nice and as portrayed in pictures, kitchen was well equipped. Courtney was very responsive throughout the process to all our questions. Unfortunately, elevator was not working but we were able to make it work. We will definitely come back!

House was wonderful. Linens, towels, furniture all lovely. Kitchen was fabulous - lots of great cookware, dishes, etc. Screened porch with gas fireplace was lovely (though covered with pollen in mid-March for allergy sufferers). Bikes were great to have to ride around island and to beach. Access to beach club and discounted rates for golf/tennis would have been helpful considering cost of rental in off-season.

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Location

We have stayed in many luxury properties in Kiawah for years now, and this one ranks right up there. Although not a very large home, it is beautifully decorated and situated in the heart of Each Beach/Vanderhorst. It is a 5-7 min bike ride to the beach (and the owners provide lovely bikes for you to use!). The home is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and furnished, and is stocked with lovely linens, and a very well-equipped kitchen. We spent hours watching the Masters on the screened in porch with a fireplace, and could not have been happier! We loved this home and will gladly stay here again!

Wonderful home!

This was our first time to Kiawah so we were not very familiar with the island when booking our stay. It turned out that this was an ideal location. We loved how the home looks onto a golf course and had easy access to a biking/walking path to the beach. The home has lovely furnishings and it is beautifully appointed with everything being high quality. Having the elevator was a big help since my mom was traveling with us and the stairs would have been hard for her. We fell in love with Kiawah and we fell in love with this home. 10/10!

Week at Kiawah

The home is so lovely, very well equipped, and very clean. It felt more like home than a rental which is usually not the case. The hosts were extremely pleasant and helpful, responding quickly to any questions that arose. We are looking forward to staying here again soon!

Looks like a brand new house!

We had such a great stay here! The house looked like it was brand new...very clean with modern appliances and amenities. The layout was great - the kitchen with its large island quickly became the center of activity for our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms made it feel like each of us had our own hotel suite...yet we could all still be together comfortably under one roof! Location! Although it is not on the beach, it is conveniently located near one of the multi-use / bike trails that leads directly to the beach access, making our daily trips the beach a breeze! The house also provided plenty of bikes, carts, and beach gear to not disappoint! highly recommend!

Wonderful (brand new) house on Kiawah. Minutes on the bike to the beach and Sanctuary. Very close to everything. House is very clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated with highest quality materials, amenities & equipment. Kitchen beyond well equipped, plenty of toys, beachchairs and bikes for large family. Owner is quick to respond to messages and most helpful with any requests/questions. A true gem of a place, Thank you Courtney & family!

FANTASTIC home!

This rental property was a complete dream. The house itself is amazing - fantastic design and beautiful decor. It has everything you would need (and likely more!) in you day-to-day routine, which is very rare in most rental properties. All the advance communication was very clear, and the owners are incredibly responsive to any questions or requests. I would love to come back here and highly recommnd!
