This lovely 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom corner end unit offers comfortable accommodations for a family of 8 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 Full in the 3rd bedroom and 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room.

Enjoy your stay in this nicely decorated 10th floor unit with a fabulous view from your oceanfront balcony off of both the living room and the master bedroom! For your convenience the unit also provides a fully equipped kitchen, a tv in all 3 bedrooms as well as the living room, free Wi-Fi, free parking and a washer/dryer.

Overall, we had a great, short stay! There was plenty of space and a very nice shower in the master bathroom. We had a few minor maintenance issues. The thermostat was locked, but I figured out how to unlock it. The ice machine didn't work during our stay, so we had to buy ice. There were great views from the top corner of the building. I would stay here again.

Great Condo

This condo was wonderful. It was neat, clean and comfortable, and had a spectacular view of the ocean. Conveniently located to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay end of August!

Very happy with the condo and will be returning back! We picked a perfect time to come and bring right next to the beach is hands down the best. Beds were comfy and showers had hooks to hang bathing suit right inside!

Loved that the unit was TOP Floor, END Unit, Ocean Front, Indoor & Outdoor pools, Indoor Hot Tub, Steps to the beach! Several units were owner occupied so common areas were cleaned and well maintained while we were there. The unit itself was "surface" cleaned but showers needed attention, "dust bunnies" under furniture, dishes needed attention as well. I washed them before we used them and made sure all were properly cleaned when we left. Area around the building felt safe as well.Several maintenance issues but left list with property manager.All in all, this is a nice unit and would consider staying here again.

Great short getaway

Only had 4 nights away and had to work remote, but family was on spring break and needed to get away. We love this building and have stayed here many times before. Property offers just the right amount of amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, every unit is oceanfront) without the over crowding of the larger buildings. This Unit was well decorated and corner in top floor so view was amazing. A few gaps with Check-in, a shower door, and washing machine but no show stoppers.

Great Location and views!

This was an amazing place to stay-great views. The whole family had a good time. The only reason we gave it 4 stars is because there was construction going on during our stay-very loud. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up regarding it.

North Myrtle Condo

Great stay! Close to everything! Wonderful pool and beach with great views. Fireworks on beach over the 4th were awesome! Floors pretty dirty turned our bare feet black. Beds comfy. Lock box would be better have to go to realty office. Overall great stay!

Loved It!

Location is perfect and loved having the end unit because of the extra space in the kitchen and living room. The 2 windows in the living room facing the sunrise every morning was an unexpected bonus!

Pure perfection!

From reservation to checkout, everything was wonderful! The unit is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, the views are spectacular, pools and hot tub were enjoyable, location is super convenient . The building is quiet, and everyone we met is so friendly! The kitchen is better stocked than my own at home. My family (3 generations) and I loved everything about this condo, and I'm looking forward to a return trip in the near future.

Owners that live in other condos on the building, not friendly at all to guests staying there. Someone was redoing there condo, drilling every morning at 8am Won’t stay there again

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We did notice a few things that needed fixing, however. The sliding doors on balcony do not lock and the door top lock of the 3 locks was broken. These looked like easy fixes. It is a corner unit and very clean. Great location. Easy access to parking lot, and beach. The maintenance manager, Debbie was very nice and helpful. We will stay here again. Thank you for a nice stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived there were soap scum that was thick and pink in showers, dirty toilet, cookie crumbs in the living room floor, hair balls all throughout condo, sand everywhere, and items under the master bed. The dishwasher was full of dishes that were not put away. We only stayed one night. With a 1-year-old, we felt it was unsanitary.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We encountered several issues with this condo from day one. Electrical, confusion with the TV's, lack of furniture, appliances all need to be replaced and malfunctioning sink taps. While North Beach bent over backwords to resolve all issues and we were very thankful for all their efforts, it appears that the condo owner was not willing to agree to the required repair costs. This is a top floor unit and in many instances we were disturbed and annoyed by the sounds of the equipment on the roof.
