Esta villa de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños ofrece impresionantes vistas de las aguas turquesas de Chalk Sound, Providenciales. Es el lugar perfecto para una escapada romántica o unas vacaciones familiares llenas de diversión para hasta seis personas. Está a solo 2 minutos de la playa Sapodilla ya 15 minutos de la famosa y galardonada playa Grace Bay, ambas con su magnífica playa de arena blanca y aguas turquesas.

Exhale ofrece un santuario exclusivo para los vacacionistas que desean escapar del ajetreo y el bullicio. Está bellamente diseñado y decorado con buen gusto con un espacio de alquiler de aproximadamente 2000 pies cuadrados e incluye dos dormitorios con baños en suite, sala de estar, comedor, lavandería y una cocina totalmente equipada. Hay dos patios desde los que puede disfrutar de las pintorescas vistas mientras toma una taza de café, un vaso de su licor favorito o disfruta de sus suntuosas comidas.

Cada habitación cuenta con camas tamaño queen y techos abovedados, y en la sala de estar hay un sofá cama que hace que Exhale Villa sea una excelente opción para la familia o amigos que viajan juntos.

The house and host were incredible. We loved waking up to the beautiful view every morning. The neighborhood is quiet and intimate. We loved easy access to Taylor and Sapodilla beach!

We really enjoyed the house and location, but there were definitely some shortcomings. Cons: The pool was completely green and full of algae upon arrival, the pool guy came to treat it but it wasn’t usable for a couple days. The gas BBQ in the pictures is inoperable, you have to use a separate charcoal grill. I asked a question and messaged the host and texted the phone number in the manual and never got a response during the 6 days I was there.Pros: Location felt safe and it was quiet with a beautiful view. Beds, pillows, and linens were super comfortable. Nice amount of outdoor seating. House was clean.If the host was responsive and the pool was clean I would have given 5 stars, but those two things really did take away from our experience.

The house was beautiful! Very spacious, clean and great views . We were grateful to the host for allowing early check in. Our only complaint would be communication with the host during our stay. We reached out twice, three different ways and did not hear back. We unfortunately weren’t able to utilize the kayaks or paddle boards during our stay.

Definitely a beautiful island and this amazing home is worth every penny. You have everything you need from the kitchen items to the pool and beach supplies. The hosts are amazing and very kind and responsive to any questions or needs you may have. We would definitely return and recommend this home to anyone who might be considering it.

Amazing stay

Our stay was TOP TIER, it included myself and 5 other women(girls trip)wasn’t far from the airport. Beautiful spacious place with an amazing view. We felt safe and comfortable. Our host was very nice and communication was great. Would highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful stay in Turks at this residence. It was clean from top to bottom. The location was nice and out of the way. The drive is not far from town. The pool was amazing. I have no complaints.

I have stayed at a few houses on the beach in Turks. This area is beautiful and close to Taylor Bay and Sapodilla. I chose this house b/c of the 3 bedroom with en suite and has a pool, view and beach access. The house was clean, pool nice and great view. I had a few small issues. Had reached out to Wesley several times asking where beach access was and took from Sun to Wed to reply. Not good at all… By then we were basically leaving the island. The grill is charcoal only and there wasn’t any charcoal so we didn’t BBQ at all. The fire pit had gas but wouldn’t ignite. All 3 sliders or screen doors downstairs to pool were broken and hard to use. The doors upstairs from bedrooms to balcony were so hard to open. I didn’t use that outdoor space at all. There is a spiral staircase leading to the 2 bedrooms upstairs. Was a bit scary to go up and down as it didn’t feel that secure and was a bit scary bringing up any luggage. There is laundry and plenty of towels and coolers and beach chairs. The power went out across the island and so did the water with it. We had to use our phones for light as we didn’t know if there were flashlights or candles. All in all, I enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house.

Beautiful view and comfortable home

My family enjoyed our first visit to Provo and this lovely home with its quiet, easy to reach location made it even better. Kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, living space was abundant, linens were soft with great beach towels included, and you really can't beat the view every morning. My daughter and I even went for runs/walks on Chalk Sound Rd. a few mornings and felt safe to do so (despite some erratic driving elsewhere on the island!) Thank you to Wesley for being so responsive when I initially couldn't figure out how to turn on the range burners and when the pool needed to be treated near the end of our stay!

Beautiful View

The Villa was beautiful. There were a few issues with the ac, lights, and shower drainage but they were minor inconveniences that were rectified fairly quickly. The grill is charcoal and it was a little inconvenient that we had to purchase our own charcoal, dish washer pods, and change the lightbulbs in the kitchen. The pool was beautiful and they were still working on putting in a fire pit. Overall, the location is beautiful, the view is amazing, and the neighborhood is quiet despite the occasional dog barking.

Beautiful home in amazing setting

We had a great visit here. We had a couple minor issues. First when checking in, the key code we were given wasn’t correct. However, I called Wesley and he arrived in 1 minute and got things sorted out. Second, the upstairs AC wasn’t working, but Wesley had someone out quickly to fix it right away. So communication and response by Wesley was outstanding and things happen. The house was beautiful and the views just amazing. All bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious. We hope to come again!

Great family vacation!! :-)

Enjoyed our stay at Exhale!! The Villa was comfortable and had all the accommodations needed for a wonderful vacation for a family of 6. There was an issue with the keypad on the front door (believe the battery needs to be changed), but luckily we arrived when the cleaning crew was there and were able to get in the house. We sent the owners a message and Virginia promptly called us to address the issue with the keypad and after being told where the key was, we didn't need to mess with the keypad anymore. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast every day before heading to the beach, cooked a couple of dinners and enjoyed family time at the pool. The location of the Villa in Chalk Sound makes it for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. We rented a van to get around and so glad we did, the nearest beach access to Sopadilla or Taylor is a LONG walk, especially in the heat. Chalkie's near the house is a fun place to stop by for lunch, they have really good fish tacos. Denise at Sopadilla Beach makes really good pina coladas!! :)

Two Weeks in Paradise

Great experience! Would definitely rent again. House was perfect. Gorgeous view of Chalk Sound. Especially liked the quiet neighborhood. Spent many days relaxing in the pool. Although the house was perfect for us, it is important to note the spiral staircase to the upper level. Not a deal-breaker, because the other couple was fine with it. However, I have an unusual phobia of spiral staircases, & was grateful for the large master just off the living room! I did use the stairs once to check out the rooms upstairs, & they're lovely, with amazing views. Another thing to be aware of is the barbeque grill is not a gas grill, which it appears to be in the pictures. Not a huge problem, just know you'll need to by charcoal for it. (That's the reason for 4 stars of accuracy of listing, & 5 for all others.) We had a small issue with an upstairs toilet running excessively, & Wesley was very quick to respond. Enjoyed Las Brisas restaurant & Chalkies, both very close to the villa. Taylor Bay Beach is our favorite, & super close! It's so shallow & calm, you can walk out from the shore a long distance, & it's still only hip level. Amazing! There are nice beach chairs & umbrellas at the house to use. We liked Sapodilla Bay just east of Taylor Bay, too. Although a bit busier than Taylor Bay, it's a more local vibe than the more crowded Grace Bay. House is only 25 min from ferry to North/Middle Caicos. Highly recommended day trip! It will be hard to top this beach vacation!

This is a beautiful house with a spectacular view of Chalk Sound. Located down a secluded road, it felt safe and was quiet and peaceful. There are two perfect beaches within a short drive. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Would book again.

2019 Adult Family Holiday Getaway

The setting and property are just as listed: beautiful views, quiet, private and peaceful. The reason I gave this an overall 4 rating instead of a 5 is that there were maintenance issues that could have been prevented before our arrival and I assume have been issues for other guests prior to our visit. We did contact the owners about two issues (burned out light bulbs and WiFi - the WiFi was out of their control) and they were very responsive and came as soon as possible to replace the bulbs. We are communicating with the owners about the maintenance issues but in the end, we would happily return to this villa and spend another vacation here. It’s a lovely property and gave us a quiet place to rejuvenate and reconnect.

Beautiful

Beautiful property, beautiful house that looks exactly like the pictures with a great view of the amazingly blue water of chalk sound. We were pretty busy during our stay so unfortunately we did not get to meet Wesley and Tatum but had great communication with them through the app and a telephone located in the house. There is a bbq grill out back but I believe you must provide your own propane etc just an fyi. I was also not sure about the distances on the island before our stay so we booked a rental car which turned out to be great for the location of the house. Not too far out of the way but enough to want a car. We appreciated the privacy of the house even though there are neighbors close by. I have nothing but great things to say! Thank you Wesley and Tatum!

Exhale Villa is owned by Wesley & Tatum Clerveaux, in partnership with my Sister Virginia Clerveaux. A young couple with a passion for nature. Both Wesley and Tatum are marine ecologists, employed with the local Government.

The couple lives on Island, in the downtown area (10 mins away) with their two young kids. We have another property on short-term Rental and we decided to expand and purchase this additional property in 2017.

Both are happy to share their knowledge of some of the more exciting places to visit and available opportunities on island.
