Unit 144 - 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Club Side End Condominium

This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds with a 32" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has one king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The beautiful master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The living room is equipped with a large HD 55" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The screened in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and spacious!! The condo is only a few steps away from the beach; the complex is also located near a lot of other condo complexes and the public beach so the beaches are filled with lots of people this time of year!

Just what I needed

This was my first trip to Siesta Key and the Palm Bay Club. I was not disappointed. The unit was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We will be back.

Great for a girls weekend!

We had 5 girlfriends and we had the best time! Very spacious living room and it was great to have 3 beds! The kitchen was stocked and even had a cooler to take to the beach!!Nice decor!It doesn’t have a washer and dryer in the unit but it does have them in the building.Wish the pool stayed open later but it was nice!

The location on Siesta Key was perfect. There are condos in the gulf and bay side and easy to get to restaurants by walking driving,or trolley. This was our 2nd year at Palm Bay Club and we already booked next year.

The internet was not working but we heard many of the condos were experiencing similar- due to the hurricane (we stayed 10/8-10/15). Beds were too soft for us but we’re still comfortable. Weather was perfect and it was a short walk to the beach (less than 5minutes). We really like the way the chairs were brought down to the beach each morning by the workers. This was our 3rd year coming back and will be back next year

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was beautiful, and the decor was so beachy and inviting. The unit was enormous and had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen could have used a few more pots and pans, but we got by just fine! An umbrella or some sand toys would have been nice too, but also not a dealbreaker. My only complaint was that the unit above was VERY noisy, a family was up all hours of the night moving furniture around and jumping on many nights...keeping me from getting the rest I expected on vacation. This is not the fault of the unit we stayed it, just be aware that the walls are thin...I should have called the front office but I didn’t. The resort itself was immaculate. In awe over the palm lined walkway to the beach. The staff was very attentive and kind at all times. I would stay here again, but definitely would take a 3rd floor unit next time because of the noise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay at this clean and easily accessible condo. We liked the location and the office was very helpful. Parking was easy and very close to the property. The room was clean except for the bedsheets on the master bed, which were stained pretty badly. I called the office and they got new sheets over immediately. We did not have enough towels in the room to accommodate for the number of people , but the office sent some more to us fairly quickly. Some roof maintenance was being done right next to us but it was not too noisy.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Was the home clean and in good shape? Home was clean but not in great shape. Kitchen needs to be updated. We were without a functional dishwasher for 10 days of our stay. Electrical outlets need to be updated so plugs do not fall out of the outlets. Kitchen cabinets need to be updated as one drawer does not open and cabinets are dated. Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? The rental management is very helpful and responsive

Resort great, unit needs some attention

Staff very friendly and helpful.We had some issues with unit 144.1 - Plumbing, both toilet clogged constantly. Had to call maintenance repeatedly. 2 - Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattresses are shot and a topper was added as a band aid to cover the sagging mattresses. Replace all please!3 - Living room furniture is new & clean, but cheep and uncomfortable.4 - Master shower can't be set to a comfortable temp. Too hot or very cold.5 - Constant daily scrapping of chairs upstairs. Simple solution is to have chair pads required on floors 2 & 3.

Very comfortable unit

Loved that this is a corner unit with the additional windows; can see a bit of the ocean from kitchen. Kitchen is updated and very nice. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels. Only issues: Fan in guest bath needs replacement as it moved no air. Showers in both baths could use a deep clean to remove a bit of mildew in grout and around shower doors, more noticeable when shower running than when dry and Master Bath shower could use a caddy so don't have to put shampoo, etc. on floor. Entry door lock is a bit fickle but we got the hang of it. All MINOR issues that we share for owners who may wish to address to improve --- we would definitely stay here again and loved its proximity to the beach. Beautiful complex, beautiful unit, awesome office staff. Loved the workout room, bayside pool area and the beach on Gulf side - best beach in FL! Ocean is sandy bottom, water clear and warming. Great to have the free lounge/other chairs on the beach for our use. Incredible sunsets. Can't wait to come back!

Bright and roomy with a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 2-bedroom 2-bath condo was a great location to escape from the northern winter for a few weeks. It had ample sunlight and room to spread out. I was able to schedule the weekly maid service around my visitor schedule. Centrally located between the beach and the tennis courts/pool. Kitchen was well stocked with all essentials though it would be nice if some basic supplies were included, like salt and pepper and paper towels. WiFi was great for working from home. Front office was very responsive.
