Amazing Beach House Experience

We stayed here 4 nights over Thanksgiving with 7 people and 2 dogs. This house is extremely functional, great indoor and outdoor spaces, and comes with everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, wagons, tons of kayaks and toys were all included. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of seating inside and outside. Two very nice outdoor deck areas. Table tennis in the garage. Two refrigerators. The parking was great. The security was friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the beach. We were really impressed with how much this house had to offer. Will definitely be staying here again.

This house was exactly as described and better. Perfect location, lots of space and more stocked with essential supplies than any rental we have ever stayed at. Beautiful house perfect for a family including the 4 legged members 😊

Perfect for families

Great time!

We really enjoyed out stay in this home! It was very clean and comfortable for the 10 of us. We used the kitchen to make some meals and found it to be well equipped. We really appreciated all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and wagon the most! Those things really helped us to enjoy our beach days to the fullest. The beds were super comfy too! The shining star of this home is the back patio, and we spent most of our time sitting out there enjoying the view and the nice weather. Thank you for a great stay!

This place was perfect! Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. A few notes below: Very clean upon arrival Quiet / safe neighborhood (24 gate guard) Easy communication with property manager Short walk to the beach Lots of beach supplies available for use Amazing patio / outdoor living area Open kitchen / dining area nice for groups Dual primary suites with en suite bathroom ~10 min drive into town

Great Place for Family and Dogs

Enjoyed our quick vacation to Rocky Point. Quick walk to the beac. Great patio area to hang out during the day and night. Our dogs loved it too and there is a side park on where they can do their business (always pick up after them). We went with another family so two couples and 4 kids. Perfect set up with masters down stairs and kids rooms upstairs. The air conditioner didn’t work upstairs but they came and fixed it right away. I would suspect that they will need to get new units soon. We would definitely come back again! Lovely place!!

Amazing House!

The community was very nice and secure. The house was beautiful! Very accommodating. Had everything we needed. Beautiful view and just a short walk to the beach. My family loved everything was amazing. Communication with host was prompted in responding to any questions we had.

I truly have no words to describe how happy I was with this property. Everything that we needed was provided and I didn’t have to utilize anything that I have brought with me. When you talk variety, they had it all! Coals for the grills, enough coffee cups, wine glasses, linens, towels, Bluetooth speaker, sport balls,… etc. The owner of this properly really puts lots of forward thinking to ensure the guests have everything and anything. Super happy with both security points when coming into properly, beach was super clean and private, felt very secure in the house, house was very up-kept,… like I said, I couldn’t have been happier. Next time I come back to Rocky I will defiantly will be staying in this home. The neborhood was the perfect location to be at.
