This North Litchfield Beach home has everything to make your vacation complete - a private pool, hot tub (fees apply), elevator, pool table, shuffleboard table, cornhole game, an enclosed outdoor shower, 2 refrigerators, wine cooler, stand-alone ice maker, front screened porch, back screened porch, large sun deck, and more! Only a 3-minute walk to the desirable and prestigious sandy shores of North Litchfield Beach. The home is set up to accommodate 14 guests. The elevator is only accessible from the ground level/carport to the first floor of the home; it does not serve the second level of the home.

Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!
