Great listing!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and nicely updated. The location was suitable for the things we wanted to do in Destin. The host was very nice and quickly responded to any questions I had. Will definitely save this listing for our next trip to destin!

Amazing

My stay was perfect. Very clean, easy to get to, very nice neighborhood, great pool, all the amenities of home and up to date appliances. It was nice being in the harbor and being able to sit on the porch and watch the boats pass by. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

Outstanding Accommodations

Condo is located on a waterway in a beautiful neighborhood. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. The unit has been updated and was extremely clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive to all our needs.

Beautiful home

Absolutely beautiful, very clean, well equipped! Great internet and many tv channels. Nice view from the balcony, close to malls, shopping and restaurants. It was cold for the pool, but it was nice and clean with great views. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will be back! Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Destination wedding weekend

Great location to attend a destination wedding at Henderson Beach Resort. Condo was clean and comfortable. Pool and outside areas very well kept. Close walk to beach! We loved our time here! Kitchen not as well stocked as other Vrbos we have stayed but made it work! Just be aware only coffee maker is a keurig and no blender, no ice machine and no ice trays.

CLEAN! Like really, truly CLEAN!

I go into rentals with trepidation and pessimism, expecting the worst...even if they look spectacular. That said, this place was wonderful. Great stay! Highly recommend! Pros: -Very clean, even in the corners. If there is dirt, I can always find it and this place sparkled. -No cleaner fragrances or air fresheners. Smelled like they bleached the place down right before we arrived which was perfect! -Responsive manager was very helpful when I couldn't get a light to stop blinking in the bathroom. -Acommodated our schedule and was able to park for a few hours after checking out. -Everything worked. -Loved the private beach access...much less crowded than other areas -Safe, comfortable quiet, and convenient location -Dolphin Point doesn't look super fancy from the outside, but grounds are clean and well maintained -Pool and pool area cleaned daily and it was heated nicely. -overlooked an inlet where boats are parked instead of the parking lot or pool. (gulf view) -near Target and food Minor cons (very minor): -TV kept disconnecting from network and had to reset the router. Not worth calling about since we didn't use it much. -Towels were washed in a very fragranced detergent - prob by other renter. Wish they provided free/clear pods instead of the fragranced ones, but I'm very sensitive.. -Sheets aren't 100% cotton. They were soft and clean, but I prefer cotton. (Like I said, minor cons) Fantastic place! Can't go wrong here! We all wanted to stay longer.

Very Clean and Comfortable Condo in a perfect , beautiful location!

2 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms was surprisingly spacious! 2 queen beds, king bed, and pull out sofa ! All of us slept very comfortable! One of our favorites was the two throw blankets that are so soft! Everything is upgraded , clean and efficient. Patio has great view of the harbor. Condo was well equipped with cookware and utensils. The pool area was perfect with very clean and inviting water. Neighbors were kind! Whole area was low key and quiet! Owner , Simona , was very kind, answered all questions and very quickly! Very pleased with our stay and would love to stay again! Thank you! Quick Tips. Boat slips are not part of this unit. They are owned by people who own personal home units. You are not allowed to have a boat rental company pick you up at the condo docks nor are you allowed to rent the boat and drive the harbor and dock at condo to pick up family, even the boat slip that has no code requirements to enter , has no access. . Only water taxi is able and approved to use the dock. We found this out the hard way after getting threatened with a $10,000 fine even though we were told by rental company we could be picked up at the dock.. Also do not leave anything laying around , even if for a short time to run things up to unit and come back . We left 2 coolers by the dock and both were picked up by security and put in the club house. We thought they were stolen! As soon as the club house opened the next day , we asked and they told us they were there. Very thankful they weren’t stolen , but also wish they would have left them cause we were on our way back to get them. Place is very well monitored ! Appreciated!

Spectacular

Great condo with lots of space. View is awesome and enjoyed sitting on balcony. Friendly locals. Pool clean and refreshing. Short walk to beach. Highly recommended!
