Newly renovated studio bungalow six minutes walking distance from the DE Bay

A newly renovated studio apartment in the back of home (detached) and quiet! One block away from the bay. A six minute (6) walking distance to the Delaware Bay to watch the most incredible sunsets and dolphins (Villas in known to be the Home of the Best Sunsets!) Fifteen minutes drive to Cape May, 25 minutes drive to the Wildwoods. Ten minutes drive to a public pool. Full bath, kitchen (no stove, no oven), plus a refrigerator and microwave, living room and bedroom are all in one. The futon bed fits two adults. You may bring a crib or a sleeping bag or a twin size air mattress for a third person. Our apartment is within a few minutes drive to a few local wineries, dolphin watching, golf courses, dinner theaters, bird watching, jet skiing facilities, fine restaurants with live entertainment, the infamous Cape May Washington Street Mall and the Congress Hall. You will enjoy the most breathtaking sunsets and beautiful quiet beaches. Beach tags are NOT required for enjoying the Delaware Bay! We have a no-pets, no drugs, non-smoking, and no partying policy (no loud noises). This is a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the shore traffic! We will provide you with a complimentary bottle of wine! Enjoy! :)

I am not much for words, but…The cottage was great! It was very clean and very cozy which is what I needed after long days of bird watching. Communication with Maryam was phenomenal! It was perfectly located to everything I needed.To sum it up…you can’t ask for anything more

We were in town for a family wedding. This little bungalow is located right in the middle of all the major tourist areas: Cape May, West Cape May, Erma, etc. you have everything you need to have a quiet, comfortable stay. Mayam communicates wonderfully through texts, but leaves you alone to enjoy your stay. The property is located in a private neighborhood with access to a beautiful beach on the Delaware Bay. Everything is clean, shower is clean and the water is hot. The bungalow is well kept and wonderfully appointed with everything you could possibly need. I will definitely rent again for the next wedding.

Maryam was a thoughtful and amazing host. She communicated clearly and often to make sure our stay was comfortable. She gave us complimentary wine, offered to extend our stay which was above and beyond!As for as the accommodations, the lodging is a true double futon which was a little tight for my husband and I. The AC light was too bright to keep on at night (located directly next to the futon) so it did a little hot. We did see a few ants inside, but overall the location was great and a good place to crash after a day at the beach. Thanks Maryam!

Cute and cozy bungalow, that has been well maintained and has all the essentials. The host provided everything mentioned in the listing and was informative and helpful during our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the little kitchen and porch area. I will be keeping this place in mind for future vacations.

Everything anyone would need and more so. Hostess is exceptionally responsive to needs and wants, available by text at a minute's notice.The facility is like a small mother-in-law suite, separate and totally private with a beautiful deck outside and small outside table, chairs and lamps. You get as much or more for a lower price then comparable places.

Cute little place to stay to enjoy the beach and the bay

This was perfect for my husband and me to stay for a few nights to escape the heat! Maryam made everything very easy and the space is well equipped and maintained. It’s close to Cape May Brewery and beautiful sunsets on the bay, and a short drive into Cape May. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Excellent communication with the host, had the room cooled before I arrived and allowed me to check in early. The airconditioner was a bit noisy and the shower hot water was a little difficult. Overall very good.

Quiet spot in Cape May

This is a nice room for the price near Cape May. The place is thoughtfully equipped with a little kitchenette and a full sized bath. It is very small; we didn’t mind as we were out most of the time.. There really isn’t a place to sit inside, though there is good seating outside. The hostess is very communicative and thoughtful.

Cape May weekend

Very Cute tiny space, perfect for 1 or a couple. As a solo female traveling alone, I try to find a place that is safe. This totally fit the bill, a living space in the backyard of someone's property. It was great. Would rent from them again.

This place was perfect, just as pictured. Maryam was an incredible host. She was very communicative and even left a complimentary bottle of wine for me. She really went above and beyond to make my stay a good one. The studio is a short walk to a quiet and peaceful beach. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous Getaway (and not far from great birding locations!!)

Maryam is super communicative and attentive, the bungalow is just as described, and it was perfect to be within walking distance of the beach (truly just two blocks away), and just a 15-20 minute drive from Cape May National Wildlife Refuge, the South Cape May Meadows, Sunset Beach (views are stunning!!), and lots of cute shops and restaurants. It was a perfect mix to have plenty of options for what we wanted to do each day (and birding was fantastic in each location!). I imagine the beaches get much busier during peak season, but the first day I was there I basically had the whole beach to myself. Maryam went above and beyond in communication and welcoming us. We are looking forward to staying here again!!

Quick getaway

This place was exactly what was needed for a quick getaway to the shore. We were close to all the attractions we planned on visiting and had a bed to rest in at night.

Perfect small stay

It could not have been more perfect. Is exactly what we needed. I could look outside and see the beach. I cannot say enough about the host. There should be more like her. She gave us everything we needed and more. We definitely will be coming back

Perfect spot!

This was perfect for our short getaway. Maryam was great with communication and so friendly. She made everything perfect including a sweet birthday card and bottle of wine! The neighborhood was quiet and so close to the bay where we saw beautiful sunsets. It’s also close to Cape May where we spent our days. Such a cute, clean spot!

Nice Place

I stayed here with my 8yr old daughter. Checkin process was super simple, host stayed in contact about everything. The bunglalow is like a little guest house in the hosts backyard, but we was client and still private. Local beach was just a few minutes away. The room was stocked with coffee, water, cleaning items and some other items, which was great since we arrived late. Overall it was a pleasant stay, would recommend and stay here again.
