RULES

- Pets are permitted with disclosure and pet fee
- No parties or excessive noise
- No outside guests that are not included in the reservation unless disclosed and agreed upon with host

- NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE. If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding.

- NUMBER OF GUESTS. Only the permitted number of guest are allowed to stay at the property. If you need to modify the number of guest please reach out directly.

The home has security cameras that cover the front of the house facing the driveway including the smart doorbell and the back of the house facing the pool/lake.

We provide our guests with linen (sheets and towels) as well as a complimentary starter essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothpaste, and complimentary kitchen necessities such as garbage bag, paper towel, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent.
